The access to reach it safely
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.

Taybah Ruhaili is a developing mixed district northeast of Jeddah near Sharm Obhur and Wadi Obhur, with shops at street level and flats above, and continuous residential growth. Chandeliers here soil quickly from construction dust and new commercial activity, and cleaning requires care around close wiring and tight spaces.
Construction and urban development remain ongoing in the zone, building dust enters flats and villas constantly, and new chandeliers soil faster than those in established, completed neighbourhoods. For the method itself, see what chandelier cleaning involves.
The district is growing and building continues around the area, fine construction dust enters through windows and clings to crystal. New or imported fixtures need cleaning cycles faster than those in settled districts.
Markets and shops are newly opened, and cooking grease from new restaurants, sweets shops and bakeries rises to upper floors. Commercial activity will grow with time, and fixtures need faster, more frequent cleaning cycles.
Most flats and villas here are new, with modern glossy furniture and flooring that are sensitive to water damage. Water from cleaning needs protection, and the team must be careful around valuable furnishings and new floors.
The district lies between Asfan Road and Madinah Road in northeast Jeddah with growing residential density and new commercial activity including markets, health centres and schools. Building development around the area continues.
Fixtures here are usually recent purchases, crystal pieces rather than pure frames, with modern painted metal structure.
We cut power at the main breaker. Modern wiring but we inspect visually before handling anything.
We photograph the chandelier from below before removal. Recording the arrangement is important in new flats.
We wash each crystal in warm water with mild soap and dry immediately on microfibre cloth.
We clean the frame with a soft damp brush, drying the metal to prevent residue and oxidation.
We reinstall each crystal following the photograph, switch on power and check the light and mounting throughout.
The circuit is switched off before anything is touched, and warm bulbs are given time to cool.
We check how it is built, which crystals are loose, and how it comes apart before removing a thing.
The area under the fixture is covered before we start, so a dropped crystal lands soft and nothing marks the floor or table below.
Where the piece allows, crystals come off and are washed and dried individually.
With the crystals off or aside, the frame, arms, bulb holders and ceiling mount are wiped down, since that is where film and webs hide behind the glass.
Every crystal goes back to its place, the fixture is switched on and checked, and we walk the room with you.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
New shops and ongoing building mean more dust than established neighbourhoods, and new flats and villas are sensitive to mishandling, so cleaning demands doubled caution.
A crystal fixture over a stairwell is not a job for a kitchen stool.
We send a team, not one person, so crystals come off, get washed and go back in one visit, without a lone worker hurrying a fragile piece to finish before dark.
Whether crystals come off or are cleaned in place depends on how the fixture is built.
Nothing is done until the fixture is back together, switched on, and you have seen it throw its light.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until the fixture is reassembled, lit, and you have seen it for yourself.
Taybah lies between Asfan Road and Madinah Road in northeast Jeddah, close to Sharm Obhur and Wadi Obhur. New shops and markets sit on King Saud Road and the main thoroughfares.
We provide these in Taybah Ruhaili too, and more than one can share a single visit.
