We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Kandarah sits in the heart of central Jeddah on King Fahd Road, surrounded by old quarters, busy roads and dense commercial traffic. Chalets here face fine black road dust that seeps in through every open window, older floors that hold grease and stubborn stains, and aged pipework that leaves rust marks in basins. This is not ordinary cleaning.
Black street dust from the main roads finds its way into Kandarah chalets even through closed windows, via cracks and door gaps. For the method itself, see the full chalet cleaning page.
King Fahd Road and Old Makkah Road carry heavy traffic all day. This raises fine black dust that creeps under doors and settles on rugs, curtains and furniture. The dust is sticky and bonds to moisture, leaving stubborn marks on fabrics and walls.
Pipework and roof tanks are old in central Jeddah, and the water carries high calcium. This leaves thick white deposits on taps, drains and shower heads, and basins take on a grey tint from sediment. Simple cleaning does not remove these deposits. Specialist descaling solutions and time are needed.
Terrazzo and old ceramic tile in Al Kandarah are smooth from long use, and cooking grease bonds to it and leaves shiny stubborn marks. Ordinary wiping is not enough. Deep scrubbing with grease dissolving products is required.
A central district south of Jeddah on King Fahd Road, neighboured by the Kandarah Souq and Jeddah National Hospital, served by Old Makkah Road and King Khalid Road, an old and commercially dense environment.
The old Kandarah kitchen absorbs cooking grease, and the smooth surface holds fine stubborn marks that are hard to shift.
Old bathrooms and sitting rooms carry lime scale, and rusty pipework leaves grey marks in basins and baths.
The pool surround and outdoor seating take street dust quickly, and need deep cleaning.
Terrazzo and old ceramic floors are smooth and scratch easily, so we mop with care and dry fast.
Bedrooms and sitting rooms hold the smell of road dust and cooking, so we air them well and use natural fresheners.
Waste from this busy commercial area fills quickly, so we clean it thoroughly and seal bags carefully.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
Chalets in Al Kandarah stand close to the Kandarah Souq and the busy shops along Old Makkah Road, and the central location means access is easy but dust and noise from constant commercial activity are constant challenges.
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Kandarah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
