A team arrives together
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Al Kandarah is an old commercial district on King Fahd Road, filled with older villas and apartment buildings. The busy main roads send cooking grease and black dust up onto walls and windows. The floors here are terrazzo or old ceramic that has become slippery from decades of use, and bathrooms and kitchens carry layers of hard-water scale that has built up for years.
Grease from the main road settles on walls and windows, and old smooth floors become slippery fast after mopping if not dried properly. For the method itself, see the full house cleaning page.
King Fahd Road carries constant traffic, and grease from exhaust and cooking rises into the air. This grease settles on villa and apartment walls leaving a brown layer. Ordinary washing does not remove it. It needs a strong grease-removing product applied with patience.
Terrazzo and old ceramic tile have become smooth from decades of use, so they slip easily after mopping. Fine grit from the street scratches them if not swept before mopping. The materials themselves may be porous, so they absorb grease and dirt deep.
Bathrooms and kitchens here have old pipework, and hard water has deposited thick scale layers on everything. Taps and drains need descaling products, and visible pipes show rust staining from years of mineral-laden water.
A central district in south Jeddah on King Fahd Road, home to older villas and apartment buildings, the Kandarah Souq and Jeddah National Hospital, with dense shops along Old Makkah Road and King Khalid Road.
Black dust and grease settle on ceilings and high corners, so we start with a grease-removal product before wiping downward.
Bathrooms carry thick hard-water scale on taps, drains and walls, so we use strong descaling products and allow time for them to work.
Kitchen surfaces under windows gather road grease, so we clean them separately using grease-removal products.
Old smooth floors are swept carefully first to remove grit and dirt before mopping, then mopped with a terrazzo-safe product.
Windows and glass have a brown layer of grease and dust, so we use a grease-removal product before ordinary glass cleaner.
Touch points and handles show brown marks, and bins are emptied promptly because smell can be strong in older properties.
Before anything, we go through each room, note what matters to you, and flag anything that is out of scope.
High shelves, ledges, and frames before lower surfaces.
Counters, cabinet fronts, and appliance exteriors are degreased while the floor is still untouched.
Product goes on the tiles, toilet, and shower and is left to work while we clean elsewhere, then scrubbed.
Grit is vacuumed up before any water touches the floor, because mopping over grit drags it around and scratches.
We go through the home with you before the team packs up.
Access to properties in Al Kandarah is via King Fahd Road or Old Makkah Road, and we schedule visits using the Kandarah Souq and Jeddah National Hospital as reference points for navigation.
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Vacuums, degreasers, and supplies come with the team.
You approve the number at the walk-through.
If a room needs a repair or a different service rather than a clean, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Kandarah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
