We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Ammariyah is an old neighbourhood of dense apartment blocks around Eve Cemetery, with narrow streets and floors that bear the smooth patina of decades of wear. Cooking grease and soot drift up from shops below and the busy street, and rust in old pipework leaves marks in basins. Cleaning a chalet here is not the same as cleaning a new district.
Terrazzo and ceramic floors collect grease and soot rapidly, and old bathrooms and kitchens carry thick scale on taps and around drains that plain water cannot shift. For the method itself, see what chalet cleaning involves.
Shops and restaurants on the ground floor release fumes and grease that rise to the flats above. Floors become slippery and walls hold cooking smell. Terrazzo and ceramic need special washing to remove grease without scratching surfaces worn smooth by years of use.
Old pipework and taps accumulate thick mineral scale built up over decades. Drains and basins show brown and grey rust deposits. Acidic products will dissolve scale but must be used carefully on old surfaces that may not tolerate strong chemicals well.
Al Matar Street and Khalid ibn Al Walid Street are close by, and rugs and curtains trap fine black dust. Fabrics need washing often because they gather dirt quickly. Surface cleaning is not enough in this location.
Central Jeddah is dense with apartment buildings and residents, narrow streets and shops at street level, and floors worn smooth by long use show grease and dust stains quickly.
The kitchen needs special attention for grease rising from shops below, and surfaces and taps accumulate both mineral deposits and oil together.
Old bathrooms carry thick scale on taps and drains, and brown rust in basins needs products suited to old metalwork, not abrasive scrubbing.
Pool surround and outdoor seating may be present if the flat overlooks a yard or small balcony that collects street dust rapidly.
Terrazzo floors worn smooth over decades are prone to scratching and grease marks, so they need gentle washing and careful mopping.
Bedrooms and majlis gather black dust and fabrics need regular washing because they absorb cooking smell that drifts from the street below.
Waste collection and final tidy include checking for new scale and rust and reporting whether further attention is needed beyond this visit.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Ammariyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
