We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Historic Jeddah is a UNESCO World Heritage district with buildings of stone and wood in the roshan style, dating from the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, narrow lanes and historic quarters: Al Mazlum, Al Sham, Al Yaman and Al Bahr. Old floors and walls absorb dust and dampness. A chalet here is heritage that needs respect and gentleness in cleaning.
Historic buildings are very sensitive to strong products and scrubbing, and stone and wooden floors need specialist care, and dampness, salt and mildew are recurring problems. For the method itself, see what chalet cleaning involves.
Coral limestone is porous and soft with centuries of age. Original wood in latticework and doors is delicate and historic. Harsh products and hard scrubbing damage materials. Cleaning requires gentleness and respect for history.
Souqs around Al Balad have traditional craftspeople working with water, oil and heat. Soot, grease and dust rise to chalets above. Floors and walls accumulate grime from centuries.
Buildings near the sea, coast and long history mean high dampness, salt and accumulated mildew. Walls absorb moisture and smell clings. Fabrics and curtains carry strong odour.
A UNESCO World Heritage zone of old quarters, historic buildings of stone and wood in roshan style, an urban fabric accumulated over centuries inside the old city wall.
Kitchen and barbecue area in historic houses is often small and stone and wood surfaces are very sensitive.
Old bathrooms carry thick scale and stone needs very special treatment.
Pool surround and outdoor seating are rare but small courtyards or roofs need careful cleaning of salt and dust.
Floors and old glass are very sensitive to scrubbing and products, and cleaning needs knowledge of historic materials.
Bedrooms and majlis have high ceilings and stone walls collect dust and mildew, and fabrics are delicate.
Waste collection and final tidy include careful checking and confirming no damage to historic materials.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
Chalets in historic Jeddah stand near Al Shafi'i Mosque and Souq Al Alawi, and access through old narrow quarters requires knowledge of the historic urban fabric and heritage landmarks.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Historic Jeddah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
