The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Shaana is a small residential quarter in east Jeddah near Asfan, inland from the sea and closer to open ground and hills beyond the ring roads. The air is drier than on the coast but the dust is coarser and paler, it comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight. Roof tank deposits leave a grey sediment film in basins and the bathroom. Floors are ceramic and scratched by grit if they are mopped rather than swept first. Cleaning here means understanding a dry but dusty and demanding environment.
Desert dust enters bathrooms faster than coastal areas see it, and roof tank water leaves sediment stains that accumulate on surfaces. For the method itself, see our guide to bathroom cleaning.
The road to Asfan and Shaana's location between open ground means fine dust and grit enter under doors. Roof tank water carries earth sediment that settles in basins and the bathroom, leaving a grey film. Ordinary cleaning does not remove it. The sediment needs soaking with a weak acid and gentle working to lift.
Ceramic bathroom floors are scratched by the fine grit that blows in with sand. If the floor is mopped before sweeping, scratches accumulate. Cleaning requires care: sweep first, then mop with water. Small grit may stay trapped in grout lines.
The air is drier than the coast, but moisture trapped in the drain and corners keeps mould alive. The drain holds damp where sun and air cannot reach. Soaking grout lines may not be enough. Drain treatment from inside is essential.
A small residential district within the Taibah sub-municipality in east Jeddah, near Wadi Al Ghawla and the University of Jeddah road, one of a cluster of simple residential quarters.
In Shaana, we check the floor first to make sure no embedded grit remains before we mop.
Earth sediment from the tank needs weak acid and patience. Soak first, then rub gently.
Grout lines carry both mould and grit. We treat each line with the right product and ensure full drying.
Glass may carry a fine dust film. We wash it multiple times for complete clarity.
Sanitaryware needs deep work because sediment from old water may be stuck on inside surfaces.
Drain treatment is essential because low humidity makes trapped drain moisture the main source of mould and odour.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Shaana sits at Wadi Al Ghawla and close to the University of Jeddah road, and our knowledge of these landmarks makes reaching bathrooms in the small neighbouring quarters straightforward. The wadi and the road are the main navigation points in the area.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Shaana too, and more than one can share a single visit.
