The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Ghawla is a small residential district in the Taibah sub-municipality east of Jeddah near Wadi Al Ghawla and open ground. Shops occupy the ground floor with apartments above, simple residential character near Asfan road and the Jumum boundary. The air is drier than coastal areas but desert dust enters under doors and settles on every surface. Roof tank water leaves earth sediment in basins.
Desert dust enters bathrooms faster than coastal areas see it, and roof tank water leaves visible sediment deposits on surfaces. For the method itself, see the full bathroom cleaning page.
Al Ghawla's location between open ground and hills means fine dust enters under doors. Grit and earth scratch ceramic. Roof tank deposits leave a grey film in basins. This is not ordinary dust, it is a mix of earth and sediment that needs soaking and weak acid to remove.
The air is dry but the drainage under the bathroom traps moisture. Mould grows there away from sun and air. Grout lines above look dry but the drain below keeps moisture. Drain treatment from inside is essential. Grout alone is not enough.
Ceramic scratches from fine sediment and grit. Daily sweeping is essential before mopping. After deep cleaning, dust returns faster than in enclosed quarters because the wadi and earth roads are close.
A small residential district in the Taibah sub-municipality in east Jeddah, taking its name from Wadi Al Ghawla which passes through the area near the boundary with Al Jumum governorate, one of a cluster of simple residential quarters.
In Al Ghawla, we check the floor first to ensure no embedded grit remains before mopping.
Earth sediment needs weak acid and patience. Soak first, then rub gently.
Grout lines hold mould from trapped drain moisture. We treat each line and ensure full drying.
Glass may carry a fine dust film. We wash it multiple times for complete clarity.
Sanitaryware needs deep work because roof tank sediment may be stuck inside.
Drain treatment is essential. Limited dryness above does not mean dryness below ground.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
In Al Ghawla, a bathroom in a mixed building may serve a shop downstairs and a flat above it. Repeated use combined with desert environment and old drainage creates a mix of problems: dust, deposits and mould together. This is not a simple residential bathroom.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Ghawla sits at Wadi Al Ghawla and near Asfan Road, and our knowledge of these natural and road landmarks makes reaching apartments and shops in the small quarter straightforward. The wadi and the road are our basic reference points.
We provide these in Al Ghawla too, and more than one can share a single visit.
