The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Wadiyah is a new development in north eastern Jeddah near Wadi Obhur and Sharm Obhur, where ongoing construction and empty plots surround newly built homes. Bathrooms are shiny and modern but fine dust from building sites enters easily, roof tank water leaves grey sediment on white surfaces, and winter brings extra moisture that speeds mould in grout. A brand new gleaming bathroom in a chaotic building zone requires cleaning routines that differ sharply from those in completed districts.
New bathrooms here face challenges from fine construction dust settling fast and grey sediment from new roof tank water, plus rapid mould from seasonal moisture. For the method itself, see the full bathroom cleaning page.
New roof tank water leaves grey film on fresh basins, shower screens and baths. Deposits are fine but visible on white, and need gentle removal to avoid scratching the new finish.
Building sites around the district bring fine dust that enters the bathroom easily. Dust settles on surfaces, grout lines and mirrors, and daily cleaning becomes exhausting and ineffective.
Fine dust works into grout joints, and winter extra moisture creates fast mould conditions. A new bathroom can blacken in the joints quickly during the damp season.
Al Wadiyah sits in northeast Jeddah under Taybah sub-municipality near Wadi Obhur and Sharm Obhur, with ongoing construction and vacant plots between new homes, served by King Saud Road and Asfan Road.
New shiny tile and ceramic are clean but carry fine construction dust, so we test first and choose a gentle product suited to brand new finishes.
New bright taps and fittings carry grey sediment from water, so we remove deposits carefully without scratching new chrome.
Grout between tiles is clean but dust darkens it fast, so we clear grout deeply of fine dust particles.
New shiny glass and mirrors get dusty fast, so we clean until transparent and recommend light regular wiping.
Toilet, basin and bath are new but carry sediment and dust, so we clean outside and inside together.
Drain and ventilation are new and intact, so we confirm they are clear of building debris and construction dust.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means shiny fresh bathrooms surrounded by chaotic building sites and fine dust. Deposits and dust build up fast, and mould comes quickly with winter moisture. Cleaning needs to repeat more often than in completed districts.
We provide these in Al Wadiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
