The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Asalah is a newly built district in far north Jeddah near King Abdullah Sports City. Construction is ongoing, roads are still being laid, and the drainage network is incomplete. Villas and apartment buildings are clean and new, but bathrooms need an early deep clean before sediment from fresh water pipes hardens and stains the fixtures permanently.
Fresh water from new pipes in Al Asalah leaves deposits in the first weeks. Roof tanks require filling from the new network and may hold sediment stirred up from inside the pipes themselves. For the method itself, see what bathroom cleaning involves.
Al Asalah is brand new and the pipes are fresh. Water carries loose deposits from inside new pipe walls. Taps and basins accumulate sediment quickly in the opening weeks. We deep clean early and the rate of deposit slows dramatically after the first month.
Al Asalah streets are not fully paved and the main drainage is not integrated everywhere. Bathroom drainage may be sluggish. We inspect the drain from the bathroom, clear any initial sediment blockage, and verify it flows before we finish.
New villas have luxury marble floors and new apartment buildings have pristine tile. Both are fresh and should not be scrubbed hard. We soak and wipe gently so finishes stay bright.
A small recently built district between Madinah Road and Haramain expressway near King Abdullah Sports City, bordered by Al Falah, Al Hamdaniyah, Taibah and Al Firdaws. New villa and apartment plots are still under development, some streets lack paved surface and the main drain network is still being completed.
Al Asalah surfaces are all new: luxury marble in villas and bright tile in apartments. We test first and use a gentle descaler that will not scratch or streak.
Limescale from new pipe water deposits fast. We soak gently and dry thoroughly so redeposit rate slows after initial clearing.
New grout lines are white and intact. We clean gently and do not use strong fungicide because mould is rare in new construction where air is moving.
Glass and mirrors in new villas are pristine. We clean gently and avoid harsh products that would dull the finish.
New basin and sink need careful handling to prevent scratching. We clear deposits gently and dry every drop so no watermark forms.
New drainage may run slowly. We inspect first, clear any initial sediment from the trap, and verify flow before finishing.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Asalah reaches from Al Suyuti Mosque in the west to King Abdullah Sports City in the east, with Wadi Obhur passing through the centre. We access homes via Prince Talal bin Mansour Road or Al Mutasim Billah Street, and we know these are newly built homes where sediment comes from fresh pipes, not neglected systems.
We provide these in Al Asalah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
