The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Muntazahat stretches along the Old Makkah Road in south eastern Jeddah, mixing villas and apartment blocks with commercial frontages, and bathrooms here suffer from coarse desert dust more than coastal dampness. Dust comes directly from nearby vacant ground and unsurfaced roads, and settles on every tile and grout line faster than bathrooms experience in denser, built-up quarters.
The dust here is coarser than in northern districts because the neighbourhood approaches open ground and hills. Floors are ceramic tile in the flats and marble in the villas, both scratched by grit if not swept before mopping. For the method itself, see what bathroom cleaning involves.
Al Muntazahat sits close to large tracts of undeveloped land, so dust comes directly from these open areas when the wind blows. Bathrooms in both flats and villas receive more dust than those in densely built quarters, and this changes how cleaning work is approached and prioritised.
Villas in Al Muntazahat have marble floors and large bathrooms, and marble scratches easily from grit if swept and mopped together. Cleaning must be more careful on marble to avoid leaving surface scratches from dust particles.
Fine dust grains work into the gaps between ceramic tile and wedge themselves in place. Removing them needs longer soaking than limescale alone, because particles do not shift with quick scrubbing and may stay in the joint if not treated carefully.
A district on the Old Makkah Road in south eastern Jeddah with villas, apartment blocks and commercial properties, neighbouring Al Adl, Al Farouq and Al Fadl, and holding Al Muntazahat Park and a health centre.
We test surfaces first because the district contains both marble villas and ceramic flats, and treatment differs between them.
Limescale and dust are mixed here so we soak for both simultaneously in a treatment that works on each.
Grout lines between tile and ceramic need special attention to remove fine particles lodged deep in the joint.
Glass and mirrors are cleaned thoroughly but focus is on grout lines because dust settles there more than on smooth surfaces.
Toilet, basin and bath receive deep cleaning with special attention to basins where the grey sediment film collects.
Drainage and ventilation matter because desert dust needs strong air movement to dry the room completely after work is done.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Muntazahat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
