The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Furusiyah is a new district in north east Jeddah among open land, ongoing building and gravel. The air is dry and dust is coarse-grained and carries fine pebbles. Marble floors in villas and ceramic in apartments scratch if mopped before sweeping. Water from roof tanks leaves thick grey sediment in baths and basins where the sun heats it fast.
Marble and ceramic floors here are easily scratched by coarse grit particles before sweeping, and basins carry thick mineral sediment from roof tank water. For the method itself, see how we approach bathroom cleaning.
Al Furusiyah sits among open ground under development and gravel surfaces. Air is laden with coarse dust carrying small pebbles, nothing like coastal sand. This dust enters homes and stays on floors. If you mop before dry sweeping, the pebbles scratch marble and ceramic both.
Water from roof tanks evaporates fast in the dry air. This rapid evaporation leaves very thick mineral sediment in baths and basins. The grey film builds fast because the dry air speeds water loss and leaves minerals behind.
Al Furusiyah mixes villas with marble next to apartments with ceramic. Marble needs very fine, gentle treatment and safe products; ceramic tolerates harder scrubbing. One method damages one surface. Each needs its own matched approach.
A new district in north east Jeddah around the equestrian club, bounded by Asfan Road to the north and Al Furusiyah Street to the west, next to Al Bashair and Al Rahmaniyah. Recent villas and apartment blocks stand among wide plots still under construction.
New surfaces are sensitive, so we test products on an inconspicuous spot first, especially new marble and ceramic.
Mineral sediment from roof tanks is thick, so we use strong mineral descaler and allow extended soak time before wiping.
Grout lines here have less mould than humid districts but dust embeds easily, so we focus on dust removal from the pores.
Glass and mirrors stay clear of heavy humidity but coarse dust leaves streaks, so we use clean water and light glass cleaner rather than strong products.
Toilets and basins carry mineral sediment from evaporated roof tank water, so we use specialist mineral descaler rather than general limescale.
Drainage is safe but cleaning dust needs good ventilation, so we open windows for hours after finishing to clear the dust we stirred up.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Al Furusiyah sits beside the Al Furusiyah Equestrian Club and is bounded by Asfan Road to the north and Al Furusiyah Street to the west. New bathrooms here are surrounded by land still under construction and camps and stables on the edges, which increases the dust in the air.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Furusiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
