The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Budur is a simple residential quarter in east Jeddah on the boundary with Al Jumum governorate, one of a cluster of small neighbouring districts. The housing is modest with flats and small villas. University of Jeddah Road runs nearby, hard water is relentless and the wadi brings constant moisture.
Water is very hard and the wadi nearby brings persistent dampness. Grout lines blacken fast and brand new taps get thick limescale within weeks. For the method itself, see our guide to bathroom cleaning.
Al Budur sits next to Wadi Al Ghawla and wadi moisture rises from below ground, especially in winter and during rain. Bathrooms stay damp and mould grows in grout lines and corners fast. Deep cleaning dries everything but the wadi brings new moisture continuously.
Water here is very hard and deposits on taps and shower heads thick and cumulative. Even a brand new tap has scale within weeks. We must soak the limescale and remove it carefully from simple soft surfaces.
The district is simple and building is older, with ceramic and marble worn soft by age and dampness. We cannot use strong products, we test first and clean with care and patience.
A residential district within the Taibah sub-municipality in east Jeddah on the boundary with Al Jumum governorate. One of a cluster of small neighbouring quarters with simple residential character. Close to University of Jeddah Road and Asfan Road.
Surfaces are old and soft from persistent wadi moisture, we test them first before any strong product.
Limescale on taps and shower heads is thick from hard water, we soak it deeply and remove it with care.
Grout lines are black from wadi moisture and mould, we work each joint separately and do not scrub hard.
Glass and mirrors have layers of limescale, mould and moisture, we choose the right product for each layer.
Bath, basin and toilet are cleaned inside and out, underside and corners may have mould from dampness.
Drain is slow and wadi brings moisture from below ground, we clear the drain and dry every corner.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Shops below the flats add extra moisture from commercial activity underneath. Bathrooms directly above shops are darker and damper than those in detached villas.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
The district sits between Wadi Al Ghawla to the south and University of Jeddah Road to the north. Access is easy from University of Jeddah Road and work is organised from the road or from nearby Wadi Al Ghawla itself.
We provide these in Al Budur too, and more than one can share a single visit.
