We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Tabah is a new development in north Jeddah alongside Obhur and Wadi Obhur, land plots released for building and sale within the new urban extension. Its close coastal location means high sea humidity and faint salt on everything, and active building brings extra construction dust. A yacht here needs cleaning from a mix of salt, moisture and construction dust all together.
Coastal humidity, faint salt and construction dust mix together in a damp layer that is hard to remove. For the method itself, see the full yacht cleaning page.
Tabah sits right beside Obhur creek, and coastal humidity enters closed cabins faster than any inland district. Mildew and smell appear very quickly, and drying and airing are essential and urgent.
Salt from Obhur creek is light and mixes with moisture and construction dust to make a grey paste on surfaces. Fresh water, scrubbing and sweeping are all needed together.
Vacant plots beside the creek let very strong dust winds blow through. Dust may return fast after cleaning, and work may need specific timing only.

Exterior surfaces gather Obhur creek salt and moisture together, fresh water, scrubbing and sweeping are all necessary.
Teak decking faces creek salt and air directly, drying and protective oil are needed immediately.
Cabins absorb creek humidity very fast, deep drying and airing are essential.
The galley suffers from creek salt on metal surfaces, and immediate cleaning and drying are necessary.
The washroom needs deep drying and ventilation because creek moisture works very fast.
Seating and soft furnishings absorb creek salt and air very fast, complete drying and long airing are essential.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
Tabah is defined by the main Jeddah Madinah Road that passes nearby and King Abdulaziz Road that links it to other areas. Al Iman Park near it marks the location, and the creek and vacant land surround it on every side.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Tabah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
