We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Salihiyah is a new district laid out north east of Jeddah with modern housing but active building work and vacant plots still dotting the neighbourhood between villas and apartments. A yacht berthed here faces an uncertain environment: dust arrives daily from excavation and construction, and the moisture from new structures changes the air quality around the berth. Cleaning must be purposeful, not surface rinsing.
The dust contains coarse cement particles that leave buildup in windows and openings even after the first wash. For the method itself, see the full yacht cleaning page.
New subdivisions and cleared land between villas release fine dust that settles gently on every surface, but it carries heavy grains from excavation and building work. This requires warm fresh water rinsing to dissolve the particles so they slide away cleanly.
New structures around the berth release high moisture as they cure, which traps inside sealed cabins and breeds mildew in corners, lockers and furnishings even on dry days.
The main road carries truck and car exhaust, depositing a greasy layer over construction dust, which makes cleaning harder and requires a specialised approach to remove.
A newly built district east of Al Hamdaniyah with recent villa and apartment subdivisions and vacant plots still awaiting construction, served by Al Furusiyah Street from the south.
Exterior surfaces need gently warmed fresh water rinsing to dissolve cement particles and soil, followed by soft brushing to avoid damage.
Teak absorbs moisture from active building rapidly and swells slightly, so maintain constant air circulation and never seal hatches.
Cabins need deep cleaning of both dust and moisture, with strong ventilation and all windows and doors open to drive off accumulated dampness.
The galley needs repeated washing because cement particles and oil stick to wet metal surfaces easily.
The bathroom concentrates moisture, so dry every corner thoroughly and leave hatches open for extended periods after cleaning.
Furnishings absorb both cement dust and moisture together, so clean them carefully and air-dry away from active construction sites.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Ongoing urban development means the yacht sits in an area under continuous building change, so the priority is shielding the surface from cement dust and salt together, and ensuring cabins do not mildew from the concentrated moisture around new structures.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Cleaning is scheduled by yacht position relative to Al Furusiyah Street from the south and Abdulrahman bin Awf Mosque marking the eastern boundary, so we assess building density around the berth and adjust service frequency accordingly.
We provide these in Al Salihiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
