We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Muzayria is a new development area where construction is ongoing and vacant plots sit between homes. A yacht moored here faces three problems at once: ordinary sea salt, fine construction dust that clings to everything, and humidity from unpaved ground that has not yet been developed. The cleaning needs more care than in established coastal areas.
Construction site dust differs from road dust; it is finer and clings much more readily to fabric and teak. The team must clean more frequently here than in fully developed districts. For the method itself, see the full yacht cleaning page.
Construction site dust is finer than road dust and carries cement and iron particles. It sticks to teak and timber and scratches glass easily. Removal needs care so as not to leave permanent scratches on sensitive surfaces.
Unpaved land around the berth collects water and raises air humidity. Closed cabins absorb this moisture fast, affecting textiles and mattress fabric. Mildew starts much faster than in established coastal neighbourhoods.
Building around the berth will not finish soon, so new dust returns every week. Regular and frequent cleaning is needed to stop dust building up on timber surfaces and inside cabins.
A new urban area with land still under development, scattered homes between wide open spaces, roads under construction, and dust from active building sites nearby.
Fresh water wash removes salt and dust together, but construction dust may leave marks that need extra treatment.
Teak and timber are sensitive to fine construction dust, and scratching may be permanent if particles are not removed carefully.
Cabins collect moisture fast from the vacant ground around them, so ventilation and thorough drying are essential.
The galley suffers from construction dust more than in other areas, and surfaces and tools need frequent cleaning.
The washroom needs care from excess humidity and mildew that grows fast in this damp environment.
Soft furnishings catch construction dust easily and moisture causes musty smell much faster here than elsewhere.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Ongoing building means the environment changes constantly, and new dust arrives on schedule. The team needs flexibility in timing and expectations because conditions may shift between visits.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Reaching the berth in Al Muzayria is done via the Jeddah Madinah Road from the north, and the area can be identified by Abhor Mall nearby. New roads under construction surround the berth area.
We provide these in Al Muzayria too, and more than one can share a single visit.
