We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Lulu is a small coastal strip on the Red Sea between Al Zumurrud and Al Amwaj, with recent villas and apartments and nearby resorts, where salt and humidity work constantly on the homes and yachts. The area is known for wide gardens and large windows, but this also means fine sand enters on every footstep and irrigation spray dries into hard chalk rings on tiles and glass.
Homes here mostly have marble or porcelain floors and big gardens, but fine sand enters with every step and irrigation spray leaves hard calcite rings on surfaces quickly. For the method itself, see how we approach yacht cleaning.
Al Lulu gardens are wide and homes have smooth marble or porcelain floors. Fine sand is so small it enters on every footstep, and it leaves microscopic scratches on polished tile. Rapid rinsing and immediate drying are essential before water drops dry and leave hard chalk circles.
Most homes have gardens or courtyards with automatic irrigation. Spray dries on floors and glass leaving white hard rings. Removing these rings needs mild acid, not plain water, and speed matters before the rings set completely.
Sea air carries salt that settles on the large windows and outdoor cushion fabrics found throughout the district. New windows do not expand, but salt turns the glass hazy and blocks the view. Matched products, not water alone, clear this film.
Al Lulu runs right along the shore between the Al Lulu Park and the beach resorts, served by Obhur Road from the east. High humidity and sea salt live in the air the full year round.
Fresh water rinse here needs sequence: remove loose dry sand first with a soft brush, then spray gently to avoid driving sand deep into seams.
Teak in Al Lulu is rare but fiberglass is common, and keeping fiberglass shine means rinsing fast before salt deposits harden into a dull film.
Cabins under salt and humidity need weekly ventilation even when unused, to prevent mould settling into fabrics and fittings.
The galley catches salt from the sea air and moisture from cooking, so seams and shelf edges need special attention and a light touch.
The onboard washroom under high humidity forms scale and mould faster than in drier locations, requiring more frequent attention.
Outdoor cushions and seating on balconies face direct salt spray, so colours fade rapidly and fibre strength weakens fast under exposure.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
The team reaches you via Obhur Road or from Al Lulu Park if that entry is shorter from the east side. We agree on the nearest access point and place equipment near the street to avoid tracking sand onto clean surfaces.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Lulu too, and more than one can share a single visit.
