We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Furusiyah is a new district in north east Jeddah around the Furusiyah Equestrian Club and Asfan Road, with new villas and apartments standing among wide building plots, rest houses, camps and stables on the fringes. The air here is drier than the coast but open land and ongoing construction mean dust patterns differ from settled zones. Yacht owners choosing to settle here seek a location with glimpses of the Gulf and proximity to the club and countryside.
Al Furusiyah sits on the eastern fringe far from the sea, the air is dry and dust from open ground is coarser than salt spray. Furnishings collect desert dust rather than salt dust, a different cleaning challenge entirely. For the method itself, see how we approach yacht cleaning.
Al Furusiyah is surrounded by wide expanses and the equestrian facility sits outside the residential zone. Wind carries dust from fields and the lanes around the club and stables. A moored yacht picks up heavy desert dust that differs fundamentally from salt spray.
The club and rest houses attract visitors especially during the maritime seasons. This means movement in the marina and water conditions changing, and a yacht may pick up debris from visitor traffic.
Al Furusiyah is new but construction still progresses and its outer edges remain semi-rural. Dust storms and strong winds may carry sand and grit with unusual force and unpredictability.
A new district in north east Jeddah around the Furusiyah Equestrian Club, bounded by Asfan Road to the north and Al Furusiyah Street to the west, with recent villas and apartments interspersed with wide plots still under development, and rest houses and stables dotting the fringes.
Yacht deck near the equestrian club picks up organic dust from the stables, and fresh water rinses need to target removal of organic particles rather than salt mineral deposits alone.
Teak on deck becomes stained with desert dust mixed with organic smell from nearby stables, and cleaning requires special attention not to trap odours inside the wood grain.
Cabins may absorb odours from the club and stables if windows are left open to ventilation, and continuous air exchange is essential to offset external smell sources.
The galley will pick up organic dust from around the club if the door stands open, and metal surfaces need cleaning that removes odour as well as visible dust residue.
The washroom needs excellent ventilation because moisture traps organic odours if the space is not well aired during and after use.
Cushions and furnishings absorb organic smell from the stables and club quickly, and washing followed by drying in fresh air away from the animal facilities is essential.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
Al Furusiyah centres on the renowned Furusiyah Equestrian Club, located on Asfan Road which reaches the marina and the club facilities. Access for the team is organised through entry points on Asfan Road and Al Furusiyah Street, with boats distributed around the stables and camps that border the residential areas.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Furusiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
