We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Bayan is a small residential district east of Jeddah toward Asfan, far from busy roads and heavy commercial activity. The air is cleaner here but winds carry fine dust and sand from open ground. A yacht here needs cleaning that handles light dust and coastal salt, not the heavier soot of busier quarters.
The moorings here are quiet and foot traffic is light, so a yacht stays clean longer, but seasonal winds leave fine sand on the deck. For the method itself, see the full yacht cleaning page.
Al Bayan sits away from the main coast and near open ground, so winds bring fine sand, not heavy salt. Sand does not cling like salt, but slides on wet surfaces and scratches teak if not swept before wiping. Dust here is a different problem from salt spray.
The district is inland from the main shoreline, so salt spray is lighter but dries faster and leaves a dry white film. Cleaning needs fresh water rinsed first and then quick dry before the salt dries on its own and hardens.
The district is small and moorings are uncrowded. Team and equipment arrive easily and the yacht sits still. Cleaning finishes faster than in busy areas and no coordination with traffic is needed.
Al Bayan sits close to the University of Jeddah road and Wadi Al Ghawla, with lighter air than crowded coastal districts but wind-borne dust from open land.
Desert dust on the exterior needs sweeping before fresh water rinse to avoid scratching the teak, which is softer than deck surfaces in coastal areas.
Teak in quiet districts like this dries fast, and quick drying after cleaning keeps the wood looking fresh and prevents water stains.
Wadi moisture is light, but ventilation after wet work keeps the cabins dry and free of trapped humidity.
The galley on a yacht here is relatively clean because the area is far from restaurants and commercial cooking.
Bathrooms in a yacht in Al Bayan dry quickly in the dry air, and need no special humidity management.
Seating and cushions dry fast in clean air and stay fresh-smelling without the odours that settle in busier districts.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district means small shops at ground level below homes, but Al Bayan is distant from heavy commercial centres. Cleaning here is simpler because the soil is lighter and the setting is peaceful.
We provide these in Al Bayan too, and more than one can share a single visit.
