We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Asaliyah is a small locality in the outer south eastern part of Jeddah, caught between the sea and heavy roads heading toward Makkah, where oily diesel soot from trucks mixes with sea salt and coastal humidity. A yacht here returns from open water to find itself in an industrial-coastal setting at once, and cleaning must handle the heavy soot before the salt, and leave surfaces dry against the dampness. This is not straightforward salt removal: it is oil and grit removal first.
Oily soot and salt together create a thick layer on surfaces, and coastal humidity makes this coating much harder to remove than it would be in an inland location. For the method itself, see the full yacht cleaning page.
The Jeddah Makkah Expressway and Al Jumum Road carry heavy trucks and diesel daily, and oily soot settles on everything near the road. This grime does not wash away with plain water and needs special products that the team knows well.
Al Asaliyah sits close to the sea, so coastal humidity makes diesel soot cling harder. Washing takes longer and scrubbing must be strong but careful on sensitive surfaces to avoid harm.
The Jeddah Makkah Expressway and Al Jumum Road are well known to us, and marinas in Al Asaliyah are simple and close by. The team reaches them easily and knows the quickest route without delay.
A small locality in the outer south eastern part of Jeddah, administratively part of the Bahrah district cluster, combining light residential development with open land along the corridor toward Bahrah and Makkah.
Fresh water rinses salt but oily soot needs special products first before rinsing, and the team knows the order: soot first, then salt.
Both teak and fibreglass face oily soot and salt together, and first inspection decides the safe product and the right scrubbing force.
Cabins need long drying because coastal humidity and soot together slow the process, and continuous ventilation is essential.
The small galley collects oily soot from outside mixed with cooking humidity from inside, so washing removes every trace of grease and salt with care.
The onboard washroom collects soot and water deposits together, so cleaning removes every trace of oily grime from ceramic with force but care at the edges.
Soft furnishings absorb soot and humidity together quickly in Al Asaliyah, and washing, long drying and continuous airing are all needed to save canvas from permanent smell.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
Al Asaliyah sits on the Jeddah Makkah Expressway and close to Al Jumum Road, and small marinas near Bahrah Health Center and Khayyat Red Brick Factory are known to us. The team reaches them directly from the main roads and needs no long travel time.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Asaliyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
