We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Asalah is a recently established district in far north Jeddah, close to King Abdullah Sports City and set between Madinah Road and the Haramain expressway. New villa and apartment subdivisions are rising and some streets remain unsurfaced; drainage networks are incomplete. Construction surrounds the yacht: fine construction dust settles on every surface, and new underground pipes and cables release moisture that rises from the soil. Here the new and the unfinished work against the boat.
Yachts here get dirty from construction dust and ground moisture from unsurfaced earth, which differs from mature neighbourhoods where streets are finished and drainage is complete. For the method itself, see how we approach yacht cleaning.
Ongoing building work releases dust that is finer and stickier than road dust. This dust settles on exterior surfaces within hours and enters cabins through the smallest gap. Fabrics absorb it readily and surfaces need repeated cleaning.
New streets and incomplete infrastructure release ground moisture. Fresh pipes and cables leak moisture from the soil. Closed cabins absorb this dampness and mildew smell develops.
New flooring is vulnerable: construction dust leaves marks and ground moisture leaves dark stains. You cannot scrub new ceramics hard without risk. They need gentleness and care.
Al Asalah lies in north Jeddah between Madinah Road and the Haramain expressway near King Abdullah Sports City, with ongoing building work and incomplete infrastructure along every street.
Exterior surfaces absorb fine construction dust and ground moisture together, so we brush very gently first then rinse from top down with fresh water.
New teak needs protection from fine construction dust; we soft-brush along the grain, rinse well and apply a strong seal against future dust ingress.
Cabins absorb construction dust and moisture equally, so we open them wide and wipe walls and floors with soft damp cloths in warm fresh water.
The galley collects dust and moisture on shelves and taps, so we wipe every surface gently with a soft cloth in warm water.
The new washroom is sensitive to both moisture and dust, so we wipe walls and drains very gently with soft cloths and leave everything to dry completely.
Outdoor cushions on new frames absorb construction dust readily, so we soft-brush them very gently, rinse in warm water and air dry them in shade completely.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Al Asalah sits between Prince Talal bin Mansour Road and Al Mutasim Billah Street near King Abdullah Sports City, and we reach your yacht from there via the access routes and available new roads.
We provide these in Al Asalah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
