We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Tawfeeq is a mixed district in east Jeddah, shops and cafes at street level with homes stacked above them. Smoke and odours from the businesses below seep into apartments and villas without effort. Coarse desert dust creeps under doors. Cleaning here is not just removing dirt but tackling paint fumes, cooking oil and food smell that penetrate walls and fabrics deeply.
Apartments above shops absorb cooking smell, paint fumes and grease smell from below. Fabrics and curtains trap these odours deeply and they are hard to remove. For the method itself, see how we approach chalet cleaning.
Restaurants, bakeries and workshops below emit strong cooking oil, paint and food odours. These smells enter the flat through doors, windows and ventilation. Curtains, mattresses and cushions trap them. Standard cleaning cannot remove them. The smell is part of living here.
Desert dust in east Jeddah is coarser and paler than coastal dust. It creeps under doors and through small cracks. Ceramic and marble floors are scratched by particles if swept before mopping. Sofas and mattresses gather this dust very quickly and hold it.
The district mixes restaurants, workshops, storage, shops and pharmacies. Each business below has its own smell and impact on the flat above. Cleaning must target the specific odours that come from each type of business.
A residential district in east Jeddah within the Taibah sub-municipality area, with commercial shops on the ground floor and homes above them. Coarse desert dust and commercial odours are constant throughout the year.
The kitchen receives smoke and smell from the business below. Metal surfaces and rubber seals need frequent cleaning. Smells penetrate kitchen cupboards and cooking equipment.
Bathrooms collect both humidity and dust. Basins and showers leave grey water deposits. Musty smell needs strong ventilation.
Pool surrounds and outdoor seating are rare in this district. Villas may have a small courtyard where dust enters from the roads. Outdoor floors need sweeping first before mopping.
Ceramic and marble floors are scratched by coarse dust particles easily. Mopping needs deep sweeping first. Glass and windows trap grey dust and shop smells.
Bedrooms and living areas absorb shop smell, smoke and dust. Curtains and cushions need frequent washing. Continuous ventilation is essential.
Waste from a flat above shops carries smell and paint odour. Final tidy includes thorough ventilation and removal of smell traces from corners.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Living above a commercial shop is a fundamentally different challenge. Smell enters continuously from below. Cleaning must focus as much on odours, fabrics and ventilation as on dirt and dust removal. This is not the same job as a standalone residential home.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Tawfeeq too, and more than one can share a single visit.
