We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Al Rahmah is a newly developing residential district in south Jeddah, laid out on flat inland ground along Al Lith Road. Villa plots are being built gradually among stretches of vacant land, and internal streets remain under construction. This location means that dust and sand from open plots and active building sites enter new homes before services are fully established, requiring different cleaning methods.
New villas here need cleaning before occupancy because construction dust and open ground dirt enter through every gap. Initial cleaning differs entirely from cleaning an established home. For the method itself, see our guide to chalet cleaning.
The district is under active development and building continues beside newly completed homes. Fine construction dust enters through door and window gaps, ventilation and service channels. Even finished villas are filled with grit from the surrounding site. Pre occupancy deep cleaning is essential and may need repeating.
Vast stretches of vacant land around new villas lift moisture and fine sand with any breeze. New floors and furniture soil quickly even after cleaning. Balconies and outdoor spaces accumulate sand daily and require constant clearing.
Internal streets are partly unpaved and services not yet fully established. Water may not be available initially or drains may not function completely. Cleaning may require alternative solutions or customised scheduling around service limitations.
A newly subdivided district in south Jeddah on Al Lith Road with open flat land. Villas are under construction among wide vacant plots, and several internal streets remain unpaved. The zone experiences constant dust from building work and exposed ground.
Kitchen and cooking areas in new villas may have plaster dust and cement residue from building work; surfaces need specialist treatment to remove debris safely.
Bathrooms in new homes may hold construction debris and ceramic installation dust; new pipes may discharge grit during initial use.
Pool surround and outdoor seating, where present, accumulate sand quickly from surrounding vacant plots; frequent clearing is necessary throughout the building phase.
New floors may be highly sensitive to construction damage and scratching; initial cleaning begins with gentle grit removal and no aggressive scrubbing.
Bedrooms and majlis areas in new villas may retain cement and plaster smell; continuous ventilation and open doors and windows are essential.
Waste out and final tidy in new villas includes removal of leftover building materials and clearing gaps under doors of lingering dust.
First thing, windows and doors open, air moving.
Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.

New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new development zone means ongoing construction and open plots that raise dust and sand daily.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rahmah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
