We treat a villa as floors, not one big room
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.

Al Atheer lies on the south eastern edge of Jeddah along the Jeddah Makkah Expressway, a mixed district with recent building and much vacant land. The highway location means oily dust from heavy goods traffic and nearby workshops enters homes constantly. Cleaning a villa or flat here means removing grease from high surfaces and windows, and where shops occupy ground floors below, isolating the home from cooking fumes and commercial activity simultaneously.
Dust in Al Atheer is darker and oilier than in inland residential areas. Heavy trucks and workshops near the expressway deliver a mix of soot, oil and fine sand. Limescale and mould accumulate quickly from coastal humidity combined with the oily dust. For the method itself, see the full villa cleaning page.
Al Atheer sits on a busy expressway crowded with heavy trucks, and oily dust from exhaust and workshop emissions enters the home constantly. High surfaces and windows gather a faint greasy film that water alone will not remove. Curtains and carpet need frequent washing. This is pollution of a different kind from inland residential districts far from main roads.
Al Atheer has shops on ground floors with homes above them. This means the flat or villa collects grease from commercial cooking in addition to the highway's oily dust. Cleaning needs double isolation: from the expressway and from the shop below the home. The work is more complex than either problem alone.
Al Atheer sits on the coastal edge of south Jeddah, and high humidity speeds mould growth in bathrooms and corners. Sea salt deposits on exposed surfaces. The combination of oily dust with humidity creates sticky buildup on windows and fabrics that is harder to shift than either problem alone.
Al Atheer sits on the Jeddah Makkah Expressway and Al Jumum Road, administratively grouped with Bahrah for services. Building density is lighter than central Jeddah, but the expressway location brings heavy dust and air pollution from traffic and workshops.
High surfaces and light fittings in Al Atheer gather greasy deposits from the expressway and shop, and need wiping with a damp cloth and specialised cleaner.
Stairs and handrails in the mixed building show greasy footprints from both the road and the shop.
The main kitchen takes cooking grease and road pollution, and limescale on taps builds quickly.
Every bathroom has mould and limescale from coastal humidity and hard water.
Windows and their tracks show black oily rings from the expressway and shop, and the track needs a brush and warm water with cleaner.
Entrances and thresholds bring both road soot and shop grease daily, and the floor needs strong regular cleaning.
Top to bottom, before anything starts, so we agree the scope on each level and what the price covers.
Rather than crowding one room, the team spreads across levels and works in parallel.
High surfaces before low, dry before wet.
Degreaser in the kitchen, descaler in every bathroom, each left to act.
The double-height glass and stair rail that ground-level cleaning never reaches, plus switches, handles and door edges throughout.
We go back through every floor with you.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Al Atheer is mixed on an expressway: shops below and oily dust from trucks and workshops above combine. A villa or flat needs double isolation: from the expressway and from the shop.
The stairwell, high glass and upper floors are in the job by default, not the parts left for last.
The company runs several teams, so we can spread across levels and finish a villa in one visit rather than stretching it over days.
The gear for high and double-height glass arrives with the team.
If what you need is facade, pool or garden work rather than an interior clean, we tell you.

The commitment is small enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have walked every floor and told us what you think of the result.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Atheer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
