We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Kilo 18 is an emerging industrial zone far out on the Old Makkah Road, and new construction here lifts dust from open ground without residential screening or deep municipal preparation. New flats and villas in Kilo 18 sit isolated and need thorough cleaning before occupancy because the dust settles unchecked and the air does not clear itself.
Dust here is lighter in colour than Kilo 14 because the area is newer and has fewer old workshops, but it travels further because the ground is bare and the wind carries it with ease. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
Kilo 18 is surrounded by vast empty plots and construction zones, and the wind carries dust easily with no residential barriers to block it. The new flat will hold construction dust initially, but the wind keeps sending fine particles back in every day for weeks. The initial cleaning must be unusually thorough to set a real baseline.
The modern factories and storage yards in the area use metals, paints and oils, and their dust mixes with building dust. This blend needs deep scraping on glass and metal frames because metallic particles do not lift with ordinary water and need an approach that breaks them free.
Contractors in Kilo 18 often finish building and leave the site for weeks before the owner books cleaning. Dust settles deeper, and moisture rising from the bare ground causes fast mildew growth in bathrooms and corners that would take far longer in the city centre.
Kilo 18 sits at the southeastern edge of Jeddah near the Bahrah boundary, within a rapidly developing logistics belt where new warehouses and light industry are going up, and the surrounding ground remains half-empty and largely unsettled.
Fine dust settles on high surfaces first but travels easily on air currents, so powerful suction must come before any lower-level work that might stir it up again.
Cement residue is present but the main focus here is scraping glass and metal frames because metallic grit from industrial neighbours clings much harder than ordinary cement dust.
Haze on glass from metallic particles needs a specialist solution, not ordinary water, and ceramic tiles are wiped carefully once the particle layer is broken.
Paint spatter exists but the emphasis is on removing fine metallic dust from the air and from all surfaces where it settles unevenly.
Stickers and old adhesive are rare in new properties, so the work focuses on removing the fine particulate dust that has become airborne.
Floors are washed last with clean water and rinsed twice, then dried quickly because moisture from the bare ground can cause problems if left to evaporate slowly.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
The industrial and logistics nature of the area means dust contains metallic and industrial particles from neighbouring warehouses and factories, not just pure building dust. Cleaning must remove both types together.
We provide these in Kilo 18 too, and more than one can share a single visit.
