We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Sahl is a lightly developed locality in Bahrah, south eastern Jeddah, with a neighbourhood school, scattered residential units and chalet style homes, served by Al Rakb Street branching off the Jeddah Makkah Expressway. Dust here is a mix from highways and surrounding open ground, entering easily through open windows and small gardens. Moisture from nearby Bahrah adds a musty quality that makes dust stick harder and lingers in stored fabrics.
Dust in Al Sahl carries noticeable moisture from nearby Bahrah, sticks to curtains persistently, and floors mix ceramic and marble in newer chalet style homes. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Al Rakb Street branches directly from the very busy Jeddah Makkah Expressway. Dust from the highway enters the locality immediately, carrying engine oil and heavy road grit. Homes and chalets near the street catch the heaviest dust.
Bahrah nearby adds noticeable moisture to the air. Dust sticks to fabrics and curtains and does not come off by dry wiping. We need stronger wet washing and powerful ventilation to prevent moisture odours taking hold.
Open space and small gardens in Al Sahl bring fine sand that travels on feet. Ceramic tile in some homes scratches easily if grit is not vacuumed strongly before washing.
The locality spreads lightly with space between homes and small gardens. Internal streets are narrower than newer districts, and exposed soil around homes brings fine sand in on every footstep.
Heavy expressway dust falls from above and settles fast. We start with strong suction from windows, ceiling and curtains before touching floors.
Cement and plaster residue on ceramic and marble needs gentle scraping and repeated washing. Moisture slows drying so we need strong ventilation during work.
Glass carries heavy dust from the highway and light oils. We wash with warm soapy water and a stronger cleaner, rinsing repeatedly until oils are gone.
Paint spatter mixed with heavy dust needs patience and warm water before scraping. We may need a strong degreasing cleaner for stubborn paint residue.
Stickers and residue on floors come off with warm water, patience and very soft pumice. Moisture helps soften residue but slows the drying stage.
Floors last, rinsed many times to ensure all cleaners are gone, then dried completely with clean cloth and strong ventilation.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Sahl is reached via Al Rakb Street branching from the main Jeddah Makkah Expressway. Al Sahl Basic School marks the locality and makes addresses easy to find.
We provide these in Al Sahl too, and more than one can share a single visit.
