We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Rawasi is a newer residential district in east Jeddah near hills and valleys with orderly residential streets, simple apartment blocks and shops at street level. Homes here are far from the sea so the air is dry and dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It enters under doors and settles on every surface quickly. Ground floor shops may release cooking smells and vapours, and ceramic floors scratch if grit is not vacuumed strongly first.
Dust in Al Rawasi is completely dry and carries no sea moisture, settling fast on ceramic floors. Shops at ground level may release strong cooking smells and grease vapours that rise easily into flats above. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
Ground floor shops serve the community daily with food and services. Smells and vapours rise through gaps and aged pipes. The flat above needs strong ventilation and special cleaning to lift trapped odours before they settle into fabrics and furniture.
The area near hills and valleys brings fine sand and gravel. Internal streets are wide but exposed earth around homes is a sand source. Ceramic in flats scratches easily if dry sand is not vacuumed before any sweeping.
Roof tanks may be new but water deposits sediment inside. A grey film appears in basins and sinks after washing. We may need a special cleaner to remove it without leaving white marks behind.
The district sits near the hills and valley belt of east Jeddah, on flat land now but surrounded by hilly terrain. Streets are modern and residential buildings are simple. Humidity is less than on the coast but dry dust enters easily from internal streets and new windows.
Dry dust in Al Rawasi falls from above and settles on ceramic quickly. We start with very strong suction, then sweep before any water.
Cement and plaster residue on ceramic needs gentle scraping and repeated washing. We never use acids that might react with old glaze.
Glass may carry slight moisture from the wadis. We wash with warm soapy water and repeat rinsing until moisture and paint are gone.
Paint spatter on ceramic needs warm water first, then gentle scraping, then repeated washing without leaving cleaner to dry on the surface.
Stickers and residue on ceramic come off with warm water and patience, and very soft pumice if needed.
Floors last, rinsed many times to ensure no sediment remains, then dried with clean cloth.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Al Rawasi is a mixed district with shops and homes, and ground floor shops may release strong cooking smells and vapours that enter flats. Post-construction cleaning here means special care removing odours and complete ventilation for hours afterward.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rawasi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
