We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Rabie is a new subdivision in north Jeddah within Obhur, where building is still ongoing and vacant plots sit between homes. Fine sand enters with footsteps, and salt from the nearby sea leaves a light coating on glass and metal frames. The wide windows and new gardens bring sand and salt indoors with every opening.
New homes with wide gardens and open courtyards let fine sand in easily, and sprinkler spray dries to chalky rings on tiles that show white against dark grout. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
New villas here have gardens and courtyards, and fine coastal sand enters with every footfall. This sand settles on marble and porcelain floors and shows clearly on light colours and dark grout lines.
Air from the nearby sea carries salt that settles on glass, metal frames and outdoor curtains. This salt dries into a white coating that signals poor cleaning unless it is removed completely.
Garden sprinklers and irrigation water leave droplets that dry to white calcium rings on tiles. These rings show plainly on shiny surfaces, marble and dark grout in new homes.
The district is close to the sea and the creek, where high humidity and sea salt in the air affect new surfaces and speed up white deposit formation on glass and tiles.
Fine sand and salt on surfaces are vacuumed first from top to bottom before any water, so they do not mix with water and become a sticky residue.
Cement and plaster spots on porcelain and marble must be scraped with great care to avoid marking the new finish.
Glass and metal frames with a salt coating are rinsed and gently rubbed to shine, with no visible marks left behind.
Paint spatter on floors is removed before washing to stop it mixing with sprinkler water or salt residue.
Stickers and protective tape from transport are pulled off all surfaces before the final rinse, leaving the surface smooth.
Marble and porcelain floors are washed gently then rinsed several times in fresh water until they are bright and free of any deposits.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new home with a garden and open courtyard means sand and salt enter more easily than in a home without outdoor space. Cleaning focuses on removing sand first, then salt, then cement, and each step takes care so the marble and porcelain floors are not harmed by the process.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Rabie too, and more than one can share a single visit.
