We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Nahdah is a mixed district along Hira Street between King Abdulaziz Road and Prince Sultan Road, residential with dense commercial activity. West Jeddah faces the sea along the Corniche, and salt hangs in the air all year. Salt settles on glass as a haze that plain water spreads rather than removes, and it works into balcony railings, outdoor fabrics and window frames. Humidity keeps carpets and curtains slightly damp, so they hold odours and dust longer than in drier quarters.
Sea salt settles on glass and metal even on still days, and high humidity makes dust stick to fabrics longer than anywhere else in Jeddah, so stored cloths and cushions absorb odours more readily. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
West Jeddah faces the sea directly, and sea salt deposits on every metal frame and window pane. Plain water spreads salt and does not remove it. Frames, railings and fixings corrode faster than in inland quarters, and cleaning requires a salt-removal solution and immediate drying to prevent rapid return.
Damp air makes dust stick hard to cloth fibres. Rugs and curtains do not dry quickly from the moisture in the air, so they hold odours and dust longer than in dry quarters. Strong suction and rapid drying are essential to prevent re-settling.
Tap water and shower spray leave scale marks fast on tiles and bathroom glass. Plain water will not remove this; targeted descaler is needed. Wooden doors and frames swell slightly in the wetter months.
The district runs along Hira Street with dense shops, offices and clinics, with villas and apartments in side streets. The sea is close enough that salt air is constant.
Sea salt and dust enter from the seafront side; top-down removal starts at ceilings and shared AC units with strong suction and careful handling of metal.
Cement residue, salt and scale need careful scraping and extreme care around metal surfaces to avoid damage.
Glass, ceramic and all metal carry salt film and scale; haze removal requires targeted cleaner and immediate drying to prevent rapid return.
Paint spatter is compounded by salt and humidity; glossy surfaces need careful work to remove paint without leaving salt deposits.
Stickers and adhesive are removed gently from glass and metal without scratching or activating residual salt.
Floors are washed with multiple water changes to clear salt thoroughly, then rinsed well and dried rapidly.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Al Nahdah is defined by Hira Street and the Al Nahdah Park, with the Umar ibn Al Khattab Mosque as a local landmark. From Hira Street itself or from Al Nahdah Park, the residential flats, villas and offices surrounding the district are easily found.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
West Jeddah faces the sea along the Corniche, and the flats and towers along it live with salt in the air all year. Salt settles on glass as a haze that plain water spreads rather than removes, and it works into balcony railings, outdoor fabric and the metal of window frames. Indoors, humidity keeps carpets and curtains slightly damp, so they hold odours and dust longer than in drier districts, and bathroom grout and shower glass show scale quickly. Wooden floors and doors swell a little in the wetter months.
We provide these in Al Nahdah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
