We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Faihaa is a planned mixed-use district in south Jeddah with shops at street level and homes stacked above them, and building work reaching the area from several directions at once. Post-construction cleaning in a mixed district demands a different focus because what happens in the ground floor shop affects the flat above it, and vice versa.
Flats above shops in Al Faihaa take dust from the shop windows below and the street in front of it, and food smells from restaurants and bakeries travel upwards through shared ventilation ducts that connect both levels. For the method itself, see what post-construction cleaning involves.
Mixed use means building and finishing work on the ground floor often runs while the flat above has not started. The gap between floors is not airtight, and dust and damp travel easily between them. Cleaning the flat above means sealing openings completely during the work, because the shop below is still a source.
Shops and flats in Al Faihaa sometimes share ducts for air and drainage, so cooking smoke and smells from a food shop or barber travel straight up into the flat. Cleaning the flat alone does not solve this if the shop below is still unfinished or dirty.
Flat windows in Al Faihaa look onto an active street with shops and traffic, so they collect car exhaust and construction dust from the street itself. A planned street does not mean less dust, only that activity and crowds scatter it everywhere at street level.
Al Faihaa is known for its parks and regular streets, but shops on the ground floor expose the homes above them to building dust from the street, neighbouring shops and shared drainage channels beneath both.
Flats above shops in Al Faihaa collect dust from the building top and the street together, so we work from highest to lowest and focus on contact points between floors.
Cement and plaster spots on floors and walls may be mixed with damp from the shop below, so we scrape them carefully and dry surfaces afterwards.
Glass and tile facing the street carry car exhaust and building dust from next door, cleaned with water and fine scrapers because the dust may stick due to damp from below.
Paint spatter on mixed surfaces inside the flat is removed carefully because the paint is new and floors may be damp from below.
Protective stickers and tape used during building work are removed gently, especially from surfaces near the ground floor shop.
Floors in Al Faihaa are ceramic or marble and are washed last, with focus on drying them thoroughly because damp from below may make them slippery.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed use means the flat does not stand alone: the shop below affects the air, smells and damp inside. Post-construction cleaning here needs sharp focus on sealing and ventilation so the flat is liveable despite having a shop below it.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Faihaa sits in south Jeddah on Prince Majid Road and King Abdullah Road, with parks and green spaces throughout it. The Old Airport Park and Al Fayha Park mark the district bounds, and the homes are spread across the regular street grid.
We provide these in Al Faihaa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
