We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Barakah is a south Jeddah subdivision split by Al Lith Road into two halves that residents describe as poorly connected. Modern villas stand on newly subdivided plots next to stretches of open land, and the interior streets are not yet paved. Cleaning here faces diesel soot from the busy Al Lith Road corridor and workshop grit mixed with salt from the coast that extends inland to this development.
Vacant land and unpaved streets around the villa mean soil and sand blow in easily with any strong wind gust. Diesel soot from Al Lith Road reaches villas even when they sit back a little distance from the thoroughfare, because particles settle slowly and carry far. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
Oil and diesel particles from heavy vehicles on Al Lith Road are finer and greasier than ordinary cement dust. They cling to surfaces strongly and leave black stains on glass and paintwork. Strong suction is essential, and warm water helps break down sediment before washing so the greasy film lifts clean.
Lack of paving means fine soil particles enter under doors and window frames continuously. Dry cleaning first is essential to avoid pushing dust back into the air. Suction and sweeping before water is the correct sequence, or all the work is lost.
Open land around the villa means ground moisture from below, and new foundations may not have dried fully. Exterior walls may show damp marks, and good drying requires time and strong ventilation. Salt from groundwater can leave residue on the outer walls and foundations.
The subdivision lies on flat ground set back from the coast but running parallel to the busy Al Lith Road corridor. Interior streets are incomplete, with paving and street lighting absent in several locations, and large stretches of vacant land remain undeveloped around the villas.
Dust may be mixed with paint spatter and particles from the busy road, so we start with strong suction from top to bottom, especially windows and sills facing Al Lith Road where truck soot collects.
Cement and plaster remains may be mixed with diesel sediment and salt deposits from groundwater seepage, so we use warm water and careful scraping on sensitive surfaces to avoid staining the new paint.
Glass and ceramic may have a layer of salt deposits and diesel film, so we wash with warm water and rinse thoroughly to remove all greasy and mineral residue that would return quickly.
Paint spatter on glass and frames facing the busy road may be heavy from traffic dust, so we remove it gently using mild solvent or warm water and soft cloth to preserve the new paintwork.
Stickers and adhesive marks on exterior surfaces need gentle removal because new paint is sensitive and damp walls require light handling to avoid damage to fresh finishes.
Ceramic and marble floors are washed thoroughly to remove diesel and salt deposits, then rinsed with clean water and left to dry completely before the villa is closed and sealed.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
The subdivision runs along Al Lith Road, which divides it into two distinct halves as residents describe, and the Ring Road surrounds the wider area. Most villas are accessed from Al Lith Road itself or from 60th Street which runs parallel and provides an alternative approach.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Barakah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
