We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Aqeeq is a new subdivision in north Jeddah, part of the Obhur Al Shamaliyah extension where vacant plots and active building sites sit between newly built homes. Post-construction cleaning here means working in the middle of ongoing site dust that drifts from adjacent land and unfinished projects nearby.
Empty plots between the new homes channel wind and concentrate dust onto building facades and windows that face open ground. For the method itself, see our post-construction cleaning service in detail.
The empty land around the new house may be under active construction. Dust travels directly from the neighbouring building site into the newly cleaned home. Cleaning should either be delayed or coordinated for after nearby construction finishes.
Roads around the district are still unpaved or newly paved, and sand travels under doors from the street. Home floors need sweeping before any water-based cleaning.
New gardens and surrounding land are irrigated heavily, and moisture and fertilizer raise the humidity inside the house. Walls and corners may be damp during cleaning.
A new planned subdivision within Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah, part of the urban extension dominated by newly released land parcels and new housing, served by main roads connecting it to the Jeddah Madinah Road.
Dust from neighbouring plots falls from above, and sweeping and suction removes most of it before any water is used.
Sand on new floors needs sweeping before mopping to prevent scratching new ceramic or marble.
Glass and new windows carry sand and construction dust, and removal takes care with the frames which are still new.
Paint spatter on floors and windows may be heavier because paint is still fresh and ventilation is limited.
Stickers on new windows are removed carefully so they do not leave residue on new glass.
New floors need a thorough final wash without standing water that could affect moisture levels.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means active building sites all around the new home, and dust transfers from adjacent projects quickly. Timing the cleaning after neighbouring construction finishes is essential for a lasting result.
We provide these in Al Aqeeq too, and more than one can share a single visit.
