We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Ajwad is in north eastern Jeddah east of the Haramain expressway, a planned district of villas and mid rise apartment buildings with shop frontages along Al Ajwad Street. The air here is drier than the coast and the dust is coarser and paler. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine.
The air is drier and dust is coarser and paler than coastal areas, and it comes in under doors and settles on every surface overnight. For the method itself, see the full post-construction cleaning page.
East Jeddah is far from the sea and the air is much drier. Dust here is coarser with larger grain than the coast, carrying small stones and sand particles from the ring roads and wadi banks. This heavy dust settles fast and does not disperse far.
Small stones and sand from the ring roads and wadi channels mix with building dust. These grains scratch marble and glossy ceramic if they are mopped rather than swept first. Sweeping first is absolutely essential to protect the floor finish.
Roof tank water in east Jeddah carries sediment from ceramic and silt. This sediment leaves a grey film in basins and baths after the first rinsing. Rinsing must be long and thorough to clear all sediment completely.
Al Ajwad lies in north eastern Jeddah just east of the Haramain expressway, next to Al Samir and Al Manar, a planned residential grid of villas and mid rise apartment buildings with shop frontages, local landmarks including Salman Al Farisi Mosque and the Al Ajwad health centre.
Top-to-bottom suction needs greater power because building dust here is mixed with stones and sand grains from the surroundings.
Cement and plaster bits are scraped then rinsed with forceful water to clear all grit remaining on the surface.
Glass and glossy ceramic need forceful rinsing and very rapid drying to prevent stains from sediment deposits.
Paint spatter is scraped then rinsed forcefully to remove all stone and sediment traces trapped beneath.
Stickers and adhesive are removed carefully with strong water rinsing afterward to clear all residue.
Floors must be swept first with vigour to clear all grit, then washed with forceful water and given a long final rinse.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Ajwad too, and more than one can share a single visit.
