We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Abhur North sits directly on the seafront, and salt air begins settling on every surface before you unlock the front door. New villas here are all large windows and polished marble, and fine sand carries salt spray indoors through ventilation and cracks. The cleaning differs from inland districts because salt deposits need scraping, not wiping, and the work must account for the moisture locked in every corner.
Fine beach sand enters beneath window seals within hours, and salt film returns within a week if it is not scraped and rinsed properly the first time. For the method itself, see our guide to post-construction cleaning.
Light coloured marble darkens from salt within days, and the expansive windows become opaque. Scraping removes the surface layer, but beneath lie mineral rings that require strong washing to lift. Plain water does not work here; the method must force salt out of every fissure and corner.
Curtains and cushions on the terraces and balconies lock in salt and moisture, becoming stiff and heavy. Indoor curtains in open plan rooms facing the water absorb salt spray overnight. These textiles need separate washing before the main clean, or salt staining sets permanently.
Sand settles into the track channels of lower windows and in the gutters around villa perimeters. Sloped surfaces trap sand and salt together. The clean must begin with strong suction to free the sand, then follow with rinsing to purge every grain lodged in tracks and downspouts.
Year round high humidity leaves salt film on every glass panel, metal frame and marble surface. Sea air penetrates sealed spaces, depositing salt layers that harden over time.
Salt and dust on high surfaces must be removed from the very top first, allowing lower surfaces to dry between stages.
Salt residue on marble is scraped with care to avoid surface scratching, especially on exposed garden and terrace areas where the sea air is strongest.
Wide glass panels and metal frames on terraces are washed heavily to cut through salt film, and window sills are rinsed last to purge every salt crystal.
Salt spray on external walls bonds with fresh paint, scraping it requires caution to avoid stripping new finish.
Stickers and adhesive on marble leave white salt rings where deposits have gathered in the residue; these clear during the final rinse.
Marble terraces and external pathways are washed last, with heavy rinsing to drive out all salt and mineral particles.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Sharm Obhur and North Obhur Beach define the water facing villas here, and our team accesses the site via Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Street. Work begins at the highest level of the villa and moves systematically downward toward the main entrance.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Abhur North too, and more than one can share a single visit.
