We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Wafa is a small mixed district in east Jeddah near the University of Jeddah, with shops at ground level and flats above. Pools here face challenges from fine dry dust from open land east of the university and pollutants from the shops below. Dry air speeds water evaporation, concentrating minerals much faster than coastal areas do.
Dry air and coarse dust from open land to the east settles on every surface quickly, and fast water evaporation means mineral concentration rises faster than in coastal or western districts. For the method itself, see our guide to swimming pool cleaning.
Al Wafa sits near open land and hill country east of the ring road. Dust here is coarse, heavy and dry, not fine like the coast. It settles on the floor fast and doesn't float in the water, which means floor vacuuming is needed often and the filter clogs more than in coastal areas.
Dry eastern air means pool water evaporates fast. This concentrates minerals, salt and chlorine rapidly, changing chemistry in ways different from humid areas. Refilling the pool with fresh water may be necessary more often than in coastal districts.
Shops at ground level release commercial dust and oils. This adds to natural eastern dust, putting the filter under higher pressure and making chemistry more complex.
Al Wafa is a small district within the Taibah sub-municipality area of east Jeddah toward Asfan, with simple residential character and narrow streets close to the University of Jeddah road and stadium.
Testing Al Wafa water must focus on minerals and salt because fast evaporation concentrates these rapidly.
Brushing walls may reveal layers of coarse dust, salt and oils combined from multiple pollution sources.
Vacuuming the floor must be very frequent because heavy dust settles fast and deep.
Skimmer and basket cleaning must be frequent because coarse dust and shop oils fill them fast.
Backwashing may need intensive cycles because dust and pollution load is very high.
Chemical balance must account for rapid mineral and salt concentration from strong evaporation.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Al Wafa is a mixed district where shops at ground level affect pool water directly. Coarse dust from eastern open land, commercial pollutants, and dry air that speeds evaporation make this pool more complex than other areas.
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.
The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Wafa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
