We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Tadamun is an administratively defined residential district in the inland stretch of south Jeddah, east of Al Khumrah, within the area served by Al Lith Road and the Middle Ring Road. Newer villas with private pools sit at low residential density, but the location between the port and heavy goods routes means dark oily dust and diesel soot, and water needs careful treatment for particle pollution.
Pools here are simple in newer villas, water retains coastal humidity but dark soot and workshop dust enters fast and the filter clogs faster than elsewhere. For the method itself, see the full swimming pool cleaning page.
Al Tadamun is close to heavy truck roads and the port: dust is darker and oilier than inland. Diesel particles and oils enter the pool and leave an oily film. The filter clogs faster and the water may need deep cleaning.
The location between port and roads means humidity plus soot: walls blacken extremely quickly. Brushing needs care and testing must check for oils and grease, not just chlorine levels.
Villas are relatively new but sit in a poor location: humidity and soot damage marble surfaces fast. Carefully treated water and regular testing are absolutely necessary.
A residential district in the inland extension of south Jeddah, set back slightly from the port but near heavy transport roads, where dust is darker and oilier than in the north.
Water may carry oily soot particles from the air, so testing first checks for oils and free chlorine precisely: if oils are high we may need supplementary treatment before chlorine dosing.
New marble walls are quickly coated in black soot: standard brushing may not be enough, so strong washing first then gentle brushing better protects the surface.
Vacuuming may find oily sediments on the floor: moderate suction rather than force is needed because the deposits may resuspend into the water if forced.
The skimmer fills with soot and debris: thorough cleaning inside and out is essential, and light disassembly may be necessary.
The filter clogs very fast from soot: strong backwashing is essential and we may need to backwash twice. We test pressure afterward to confirm improvement.
After dosing we walk with you and advise: the location is poor but regular testing, a strong filter and precise treatment solve the problems.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
Pools in Al Tadamun are located within villas along Al Lith Road and the Middle Ring Road, administratively near Jeddah Islamic Port but geographically set back. The location on a main road means easy access but close proximity to heavy traffic means constant contamination from soot.
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.
The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Tadamun too, and more than one can share a single visit.
