We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Safa is a varied district stretching from Prince Majid Road east to King Fahd Road, with pools of different ages and types: some in spacious villas, others in shared courtyard flats. Water here is affected by the proximity of shops and the main road, so dust and debris enter faster than in quieter neighbourhoods.
Pools here fill their baskets with tree leaves and fine workshop dust from the shops faster than in single-use residential areas, and the skimmer runs continuously during working hours. For the method itself, see what swimming pool cleaning involves.
Al Safa is a market and a neighbourhood at once: shops around Prince Majid Road mean daily foot traffic and leaf fall from the trees near the storefronts. Pools between houses and the main road fill their baskets quickly, and the filter blocks more often because the dust here is darker and heavier than in villa-only districts.
When apartments sit above shops, the whole district holds higher humidity than detached villas. Water moves slower in summer heat, and algae appears quickly on walls because of the damp and shadow cast by the low commercial buildings overhead.
Spacious villas, apartments and small plunge pools in older blocks: no single schedule fits all. Each pool's water needs testing on its own merit because the age of the walls, the filter, the pipework and the tank all vary greatly by house.
Al Safa is one of the oldest and largest districts in northern Jeddah, with broad streets but a mixture of villas, apartment buildings and shop fronts that generate constant daily movement affecting the water.
Al Safa is old and its pipework varies by building: some pools carry higher mineral content because the tank deposits sediment, and testing first catches this before you add anything into the water.
Walls in an old flat beneath a shop hold damp and algae faster, so they need deeper brushing and care not to scratch original tile; the stone and old grout are fragile here.
Floors in spacious villas are smooth, but in older flats they may be rough with lime scale, and vacuuming needs higher pressure and slow sweeps to avoid stirring dust back into the water.
Skimmers and baskets here fill quickly and may need emptying mid-visit if the district is busy; one clean is not enough during your time on site.
The filter here may clog fast if it is old, so backwash takes longer and we may need a second pass if we see sand in the water during initial testing.
After dosing we walk the pool with you to check for leaks in old pipework, which matters in Al Safa because underground lines may be weak in the apartment blocks.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Pools sit in mixed-use buildings: some ground floors are businesses so noise from the street may distract during the visit, and we need to coordinate with any shop below the house. Access may be tight and equipment needs careful handling in confined spaces.
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.
The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Safa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
