We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Quraniyah is an older south Jeddah district between the sea and heavy goods routes, and soot from truck traffic and port operations sticks to water and walls. Pools here need treatment for a pollution type different from northern districts.
Soot settles on walls and floor faster than in other districts, and water needs specialist chemical treatment. For the method itself, see how we approach swimming pool cleaning.
Heavy routes and the nearby port raise soot and oil vapour in the air. Soot cloudies the water and leaves a black film on walls.
Oils from exhaust enter water and clog the filter much faster than elsewhere. Filter backwash may need tight repeating.
Position between sea and roads means high humidity and airborne salt. Damp air mixed with soot causes musty smells and mildew on bathroom walls and stored fabrics.
A district lying between the port and heavy traffic routes, meaning a steady load of diesel soot and industrial oils enters the air and pools.
Soot and oils enter water constantly, so testing must include oils and particulates alongside chlorine and pH.
Walls accumulate a thick black soot and mildew layer, and brushing must be vigorous and may need chemical pre treatment.
Sediment mixes soot, oils and sand, and vacuuming must reach the entire floor carefully.
Skimmer, baskets and strainers fill fast with soot and oils, requiring frequent thorough cleaning.
The filter clogs with oils and soot very fast, and backwash may need repeating frequently, even twice weekly.
Chemical balance needs specialist treatment to fight soot, oils and salt together, and final testing is essential.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
Al Quraniyah pools are easily reached via Al Qurayniyah Market from the east, close to Al Waqidi Primary School which marks the district location. Access from these landmarks makes scheduling straightforward.
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.
The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Quraniyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
