We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Mustaqbal is an established district in south Jeddah bounded by University Road to the east and King Khalid Road to the west, named after Al Mustaqbal Hospital, one of Jeddah's earliest private hospitals. Pools here sit in residential blocks and medium villas among neighbourhood shops. Water becomes contaminated from coastal humidity, hospital activity and commercial traffic nearby.
Al Mustaqbal pools suffer from high coastal humidity and contamination from the hospital and commercial activity, and water loses balance quickly. For the method itself, see our guide to swimming pool cleaning.
Al Mustaqbal sits close to the sea where humidity is constant and sea salt is always airborne. Water loses chlorine rapidly and walls need repeated brushing. The filter clogs faster than in inland districts.
Al Mustaqbal Hospital sits very close and medical traffic is continuous. Air may carry particles and vapours from hospital disinfectants. Water may require special filtration and more precise testing than routine residential pools.
King Khalid Road carries heavy truck and patrol car traffic constantly. Soot and exhaust enter courtyards and pool areas. Water requires weekly testing as a minimum.
A stable southern neighbourhood combining residential and commercial buildings on King Khalid Road, positioned between the sea and the industrial city and heavy transport routes.
Initial testing focuses on salt, chlorine and alkalinity, because coastal humidity changes balance rapidly.
Weekly brushing is essential because algae grows quickly in coastal moisture.
Floor vacuuming removes settled salt and particles from the humid air.
The skimmer may fill quickly from salt, sediment and street debris.
Backwashing may need to be weekly because algae, salt and humidity overload the filter.
Final chemical balance requires very careful monitoring because salt and humidity shift acidity rapidly.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
Al Mustaqbal pools sit between University Road and King Khalid Road, and access to them is oriented by the position of Al Mustaqbal Hospital which gives the district its name and sits roughly at its centre.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Mustaqbal too, and more than one can share a single visit.
