We test before we treat
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.

Al Manarat is a residential district within the northward extension of Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah, with residential plots still in the sale and development phase. Construction is ongoing and villas and flats are new or only partly occupied. Pools here are mostly new or nearly so, but vacant land around them can raise dust. Water may need regular maintenance because the neighbourhood has not settled and pool use is unpredictable.
Most pools here are new with modern equipment, but the neighbourhood itself is new and residents may not yet be settled, so pool use is unpredictable and irregular. For the method itself, see how we approach swimming pool cleaning.
Pools here are mostly new with modern filters and advanced pump systems. But the neighbourhood is new and residents may be recent arrivals unused to maintenance routines. They may ignore the pool for the first month of occupancy, then suddenly want it spotless. Unexpected demand makes scheduling difficult.
Many plots in and around Al Manarat have not yet been built or are under construction. Open ground raises dust in wind. Pools close to vacant land will need more frequent cleaning, and the skimmer and filter will clog faster than pools in built-up areas.
Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road see continuous building and development traffic. Dry season winds blow dust from these roads into neighbouring quarters. Pools here may be closer to these dust sources than pools in older established areas.
The district sits within the northward expansion of Obhur Al Shamaliyah and is actively developing with vacant plots and ongoing building along Jeddah Madinah Road and the coastal King Abdulaziz Road.
Water testing on new pools may reveal improper calibration by the contractor or installer.
Brushing may not be needed at first because walls are new, but vacant land raises mineral dust deposits.
Vacuuming may be frequent in Al Manarat because dust from open ground and construction is continuous.
Skimmer and baskets need frequent cleaning because vacant land and construction sites raise more dust.
Filter backwash may be needed between regular schedules during dry season because dust load is high.
Balancing chemistry may be complicated if the contractor left the filter without proper initial setup.
pH, sanitiser and hardness are read at the start.
Floating leaves and debris come off before we brush.
Algae and the oily waterline film cling to the surfaces.
Silt settles in the deep end and the corners the return jets never reach.
The skimmer and pump baskets are cleared and the filter checked or backwashed.
With the water clean, we balance and dose, then walk the pool with you before leaving.
Reading the water first isn't optional to us.
The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Pumps, vacuum heads and the test kit come with the team.
If the pump or the plumbing is the real problem, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
Al Manarat sits within the northward extension of Obhur along Jeddah Madinah Road and the coastal King Abdulaziz Road. These roads clearly define the location, and proximity to Abhor Mall helps guide us between the new villas and compounds.
We provide these in Al Manarat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
