We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Al Mawj is the southernmost coastal subdivision in Jeddah, very newly developed with sparse building and vast vacant plots. Very high coastal humidity, exposed new foundations and proximity to the sea create an accelerated environment for insects. Treatment here prioritises strong external sealing and managing intense coastal moisture.
Coastal humidity here is higher than any other area because Al Mawj is closest to the sea. Insects breed at accelerated rates, and treatments lose effectiveness faster than in inland districts. For the method itself, see the full pest control page.
Al Mawj is very close to the sea, and air is saturated with very high humidity and concentrated salt. This extreme moisture creates a unique environment that accelerates insect breeding dramatically. Salt complicates treatment because some materials lose efficacy in hours rather than weeks.
Foundations are very new with many voids and gaps. Soil is sandy and highly saline; water drains quickly but leaves very high salt concentration behind. This extreme environment provides an ideal shelter for salt-tolerant insects.
Al Mawj is extremely newly developed with homes rare and vacant land covering most of the area. These vast plots provide safe natural habitats for insects. When homes increase, insects will spread into new properties very quickly.
A far southern coastal location, very newly developed with minimal building, vast vacant plots, newly exposed foundations, air saturated with very high humidity from the sea and proximity to the regional Al Lith highway.
Inspection focuses on new foundations, sandy saline soil and evidence from outside. Insect species here are limited because extreme salinity can only support a few species.
Entry from outside is very obvious: newly exposed foundations, many gaps between stones and concrete, cracks, and gaps under doors and windows.
Cracks and gaps provide perfect pathways from outside. Treatment requires deep injection because salinity may affect surface material quickly.
Humidity is very high but drying may be slightly easier because sandy soil drains quickly. Salt remains in the soil, so treatment must reach depth.
Baits are placed around external foundations deeply, in cracks and gaps, and around gardens and perimeter boundaries. Baits also surround the space between homes and neighbouring vacant plots.
Monthly follow-up is essential for at least three months minimum. Due to salt and humidity, seasonal follow-up alone will not suffice; regular frequent follow-up is fundamental.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A newly developing coastal area means insects arrive from outside and vacant plots at accelerated speed because of extreme humidity and salt. Treatment here requires materials specifically formulated for salt and moisture tolerance, plus follow-up far more frequent than anywhere else in Jeddah.
We provide these in Al Mawj too, and more than one can share a single visit.
