We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Al Furusiyah is a new district in north east Jeddah near the equestrian club with recent villas and apartment blocks set among wide plots still under construction. Active building and vacant land around the district provide multiple insect sources, and coarse desert dust from the hills beyond enters homes under doors and settles on every surface before dawn.
New homes here are better protected than old ones, but active construction and vacant land around the district supply insect sources that enter new homes easily. For the method itself, see the full pest control page.
The district lies close to open ground and the hills beyond, where the air is drier and dust coarser and paler than on the coast. It enters under doors and settles on every surface overnight, carrying insect eggs and larvae. Insects that arrive with dust may require different treatment than coastal species.
Excavation and ongoing building in adjacent plots disturb insects and drive them to seek alternatives. New villas and blocks are positioned near active construction sites, and the distance is very short, making displacement directly into new homes a frequent occurrence.
Modern homes have tight foundations, but gaps around pipes, conduits and drains may be relatively wide. Preventive treatment may be necessary before insects appear, because active construction may drive insects toward new homes in large numbers.
A newly developing district north east of Jeddah near the equestrian club, bounded by Asfan Road to the north and Al Furusiyah Street to the west, with wide plots under construction and spaces between villas and blocks. It borders Al Bashair and Al Rahmaniyah, and active building disturbs insects and drives them to seek shelter nearby.
Inspect the villa, garden and ground around the foundation, windows and doors. Desert dust carries eggs and larvae, so identifying the species precisely is essential. Marble floors may be scratched by dust particles, and curtains retain dust and may need treating as well.
Main entry sources are vacant land and active construction around the district, and gaps around pipes, windows and doors. Active building may drive large insect numbers quickly toward neighbouring homes.
Cracks and gaps around the foundation, windows and doors permit insects to enter from outside. Treatment includes clearing gaps of dust and debris first, then sealing with appropriate materials.
Drains and pipes around the foundation may carry slight moisture from leaks, which insects follow toward the building. Baits are placed around the perimeter and at all points where pipes and conduits enter the structure.
Baits are placed around the villa perimeter, around foundation gaps, windows and doors and in the garden if needed, to intercept insects coming from active construction and vacant land.
Follow-up checks gaps around the foundation, windows, doors and garden to confirm no new entry routes appear. Preventive treatment may be necessary during periods of heavy construction activity.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.
Al Furusiyah is a new district around the Al Furusiyah Equestrian Club and Asfan Road to the north, positioned near Al Rayyan Mosque and Saeed bin Amer Mosque. Access to homes is via Asfan Road and Al Furusiyah Street through the recent subdivisions.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Furusiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
