We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Rawabi occupies south Jeddah between the port and industrial zone on one side and the heavy goods routes on the other. The dust here is darker and greasier than in the north, a mixture of diesel soot and workshop grit. Sheer curtains, window frames and upholstery cling to this tangible grime that requires deep washing. This clean reaches what the surface does not show.
Port and heavy-road soot clings to sheer curtains and the top edges of kitchen cupboards rapidly. Stored fabrics acquire a diesel smell within days if windows face the roadway directly. For the method itself, see our move-in and move-out cleaning service in detail.
Port and heavy-truck soot penetrates textile fibres. Sheer curtains turn grey, and sofas and fabrics trap smell and sediment. One wash cycle is insufficient. We deep-clean all fabrics and extract soot and odour from the weave to restore whiteness and softness.
Sea-borne moisture combines with port and industrial vapours. Mould can start in bathrooms and sealed corners. Stored textiles acquire a stale smell rapidly. We dry everything thoroughly and eliminate moisture and mould before occupation.
Plain concrete and older ceramic tile in low-rise housing blackens where soot is walked in. Standard mopping leaves the deposit. We apply soot-removal solutions suited to the floor finish to lift staining without damaging the surface.
A south Jeddah district in two sections: a newer northern part crossed by Bin Laden Road and an older southern stretch along Old Makkah Road. Dense apartment blocks rise above shops, with small neighbourhood parks and several mosques serving the high resident population.
Cabinets in Al Rawabi may carry a faint musty smell from moisture and trapped soot. We open each drawer and dry the interior thoroughly, removing any mould starting in corners. Some cupboards benefit from a few hours of sun exposure.
The kitchen carries soot on top cabinet edges and around tap fittings. Tap aerators can be heavy with soot and sediment. We disassemble and clean internal and external surfaces and remove grease and soot deposits.
Bathrooms in this area are vulnerable to mould from combined coastal and industrial humidity. We dry all surfaces forcefully and remove any mould from corners and around drain pipes where moisture collects.
Concrete and older ceramic floors blacken from soot deposits that are walked in repeatedly. We sweep first, then apply a soot-removal treatment, then rinse and dry completely. The colour improves markedly but may not return to pure white on aged floors.
Windows and tracks carry a fine layer of accumulated soot. We wash glazing carefully and extract deep-settled soot from frames and tracks. The difference in light after cleaning is substantial.
Doors, light switches and fittings are wiped clear of soot residue. High shelving and storage may hold dust and soot that have settled. We clean these carefully.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
Al Rawabi runs between Old Makkah Road to the south and Bin Laden Road to the north. Access is typically via Al Rawabi Shopping Centre and the surrounding commercial spine, with Bin Laden Park and Ibn Al Qayyim Mosque defining the eastern and western boundaries.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Rawabi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
