We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Adl West is the western part of Al Adl between Old Makkah Road and the expressway, villas and mid rise apartment blocks on planned streets, and an empty home here sits in a zone that mixes dark diesel dust with mildew from coastal humidity. Grease from shops clings to cabinets and walls, floors darken from soot accumulation, and bathrooms trap mould smell from moisture. Cleaning must remove all these layers together to reach a fresh start.
The district sits in a transition zone between cleaner north Jeddah and the more polluted south, so dust is darker than the north but may be lighter than the main Al Adl area, and coastal humidity causes mould. For the method itself, see the full move-in and move-out cleaning page.
Oily dust from diesel and commercial shops enters walls and cabinets and clings with force. Cleaning must remove this film from every surface so no black stains remain after furniture is placed.
Coastal humidity penetrates walls and floors, and mould deposits especially in bathrooms and kitchens. Cleaning must remove the mould and underlying moisture so smell does not return.
Villas have gardens and apartments sit above shops, so cleaning differs between types. Villas need garden and floor care; flats need grease removal from cabinets and the space above.
The western part of Al Adl district in southeastern Jeddah, lying between Old Makkah Road and the Jeddah Makkah Expressway. Housing is a planned mix of villas and mid rise apartment blocks on organised streets.
Cabinets in older homes trap soot and grease; we open them fully and remove the dark layer from inside and out.
The kitchen needs deep cleaning of grease and soot from walls, cabinets, sinks and floors with specialist treatment.
Bathrooms with mould from humidity need specialist treatment to remove black spots from walls and tiles.
Ceramic and marble floors are cleaned of soot and dark layers with extra care and effort.
Windows and tracks are cleared of accumulated dark dust and soot, and glass is treated to remove the film.
Doors, switches and light fittings are wiped clear of soot and dark dust so they return to a bright finish.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Adl West too, and more than one can share a single visit.
