We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Muzayria is a district growing fast among new subdivisions and vacant land where villas are going up. An empty home here carries construction dust from the ongoing work and sand from the neighbouring unfinished plots, and what is not cleaned before you move in will settle under the furniture for years.
New homes often occupy before building in the surrounding area is finished, so fine dust settles on the flooring before it is furnished for the first time. For the method itself, see what move-in and move-out cleaning involves.
Al Muzayria is still under development all around it, and the air is thick with fine dust particles from excavations and concrete mixing. An empty home draws this dust in at every opening and it spreads across floors, into corners and behind cupboards much faster than in completed neighbourhoods.
Some internal streets are still bare earth or only partly paved, which brings more sand and grit into the home. Incomplete lighting makes it hard to see into corners and edges, and requires extra care to ensure thorough cleaning in every space.
The villas are newly built and their surfaces have never been deeply cleaned. Fresh paint and new materials need special care to avoid damage, and the floors have never seen the marks of wear or old cement dust that older homes carry.
The district is a newer extension of the Obhur Al Shamaliyah subdivisions, cut through with stretches of raw land and active building sites, with some streets still missing their full lighting infrastructure.
New cupboards are clean inside, but construction dust settles on the inner edges and corners before they are first used.
The new kitchen needs deep cleaning in the gaps between appliances and the fine residues from paint and cement dust.
New bathrooms have no white scale deposits yet, but fine cement dust collects in drains and the corners of new fittings.
New flooring is sensitive: we sweep first and mop gently to avoid scratching from construction dust particles.
Windows and tracks collect fine dust quickly in new areas and need careful attention so drains stay clear.
Doors, switches and light fittings need careful cleaning of paint overspray and construction residue.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means building is ongoing around you and dust is finer but more widespread. An empty home here needs cleaning before you move in to stop the dust before it becomes part of your space.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
Reach your home in Al Muzayria easily via Jeddah Madinah Road which borders the district from the west, or through the neighbourhood's internal streets that lead towards King Abdulaziz Road where the area's main junctions lie.
We provide these in Al Muzayria too, and more than one can share a single visit.
