We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Ghadeer is a modern villa district in north Jeddah near the Red Sea beaches, where each home sits on its own plot with a garden and boundary wall. Move-out cleaning here differs from apartment flats: it includes exterior spaces, the entrance, and the courtyard, not shared walls or common corridors.
Work here begins outside: the garden, pathway and boundary wall come first, then the interior. Fine sand enters with every footstep from the neighbouring road. For the method itself, see what move-in and move-out cleaning involves.
Every villa here has a garden and pathway, and cleaning does not end at the door. Leaves and dust settle in corners, stone steps trap fine gravel. The exterior space is part of the contract, and the inside stays clean only if we start outside.
The boundary wall protects privacy but traps dust between the villa and the street. The gate, lock and external lighting are all surfaces where salt-laden air from the nearby sea deposits residue.
Proximity to the beach means the air stays salty year round: windows take a salt film, outdoor metal corrodes fast. An empty home needs cleaning before new furniture goes in, to remove what the sea air has already left behind.
The newer Obhur subdivisions north of Jeddah lie on modern planned layouts served by main roads, with villas spaced apart to allow a private garden around each home.
New villas arrive from the factory with construction dust settled inside cupboards. We open them from inside and out and wipe them down with soft cloths and no high pressure.
The kitchen may have construction debris on surfaces and walls, and the cooker and oven need inspection of internal cracks and gaps.
Bathrooms arrive clean but may have a thin layer of construction residue on basins. We remove it without harsh chemicals on new ceramics.
Marble or porcelain floors are sensitive to construction dust. We sweep first, then wash with warm water, and sweep again the fine gravel before the final wipe.
Windows and tracks may arrive with paint marks and construction dust. We open tracks from inside and out and clean glass of salt and dust.
Exterior doors, switches and lighting need wiping inside and out, and the main gate gets careful attention from both sides.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.
We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
Villas in Al Ghadeer are reached from King Abdulaziz Road or Prince Sultan Road, and the clean begins from the main street up to the entrance. Work is organised around the villa's position in the subdivision and how easily the team can access it from the neighbouring roads.
We provide these in Al Ghadeer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
