We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Faisaliyah is an older central district of Jeddah with dense apartment blocks and villas among commercial streets. Floors here are usually old terrazzo or ceramic tile, worn smooth from years of use. Walls carry cooking grease that drifts up from the street and shops below. Move-out cleaning needs careful handling of smooth floors and heavy scale buildup on taps and drains.
Flats sit in tightly packed buildings with shops directly beneath them. Cooking odours and grease rise from the street and businesses below. Floors are smooth from years of wear and curtains accumulate fine black dust from the main roads. For the method itself, see what move-in and move-out cleaning involves.
Old-city Jeddah and rusty pipework with visible pipes. Taps carry thick scale from years of use. Drains may be partly blocked by sediment. Walls and ceilings may be damp from old pipes.
Floors are old terrazzo or ceramic tile, very smooth and easily stained by cooking grease. Wiping needs care because the floor may become more slippery. An empty home needs special treatment for grease and oils.
The district fronts King Fahd Road and main routes directly. Fine black dust enters windows and doors. Cooking smell from shops below rises up. Curtains and carpets trap dust and odours easily.
An older district between King Fahd Road and Prince Majid Road and Madinah Road, with dense apartment buildings and villas alongside Sari Street's commercial spine of restaurants and banks, containing Bugshan Hospital, a University of Jeddah campus and Musab ibn Umayr Mosque.
Old tight cupboards may smell stale or oily. We open them carefully and wipe inside and out with mild cleaners.
The old kitchen and old cooker may have built-up grease. We inspect around the cooker, oven and tap and wipe gently with heavy-duty cleaners.
The old bathroom has heavy scale and walls may feel damp. We wipe with mild cleaners and try to remove scale gently.
Floors are old terrazzo or ceramic, very smooth. We wipe very gently with no high pressure. Multiple gentle passes may be needed to remove dirt.
Old windows and tracks may be rusty or stiff. We open carefully and wipe glass and frames gently inside and out.
Old doors, switches and light fittings may be oily or rusty. We wipe gently inside and out with mild cleaners.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Faisaliyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
