We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Durrah is a new development in north Jeddah within the Obhur subdivisions, with active building work and vacant plots scattered among new homes. Brand-new villas here are covered in dry construction dust on every surface, and vacant land around the district means dust will return quickly after cleaning. The first clean and ongoing maintenance are not the same job.
Building continues and vacant land is extensive. New villas are covered in white cement and concrete dust on every surface and inside every cupboard. An empty home feels like an unswept construction site. For the method itself, see what move-in and move-out cleaning involves.
The district has buildings under construction and extensive vacant land. Dust blows in from every direction and spreads rapidly. The new villa may look relatively clean, but vacant land around it means dust will return quickly when windows are opened.
Every surface in the new villa carries a layer of fine cement dust. Kitchen, bathroom and cupboards are filled with dried construction debris. Cleaning requires sweeping first, then washing several times to remove the layers.
New villas may sit slightly raised and face open air from all directions. Dust enters windows and openings easily. An empty home needs strong ventilation but will continue to receive dust from outside.
A subdivision of the new urban extension in north Jeddah, part of Obhur Al Shamaliyah where newly released land and new housing dominate, served by main roads connecting to Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road.
Brand-new cupboards from the factory carry dry construction dust inside and out. We open them fully and wipe with soft cloths, then dry them and let air circulate.
The new kitchen has construction debris and paint marks on cookers and ovens. We inspect openings, cracks and walls and wipe gently.
The new bathroom may have white concrete marks on basins and sinks. We wipe them gently with mild cleaners that will not damage new ceramics.
Marble or porcelain floors are brand new and have metal grit and dust all over them. We sweep several times first, then wash gently with warm water.
New windows have white dust on glass and paint marks. We open tracks and wipe glass and frames several times.
New doors, switches and lighting have dust and paint on them. We wipe inside and out and dry them, and switches may need a gentle cleaner.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A new development means building work continues and vacant land is extensive. The new villa is clean but an empty home will keep receiving dust from outside.
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.
We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
Villas in Al Durrah are reached from Jeddah Madinah Road or King Abdulaziz Road, and may be close to Abhor Mall. Work is organised by the villa's position in the new subdivision and the road serving it.
We provide these in Al Durrah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
