We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Budur is a small residential district in east Jeddah at the edge of Al Jumum, one of a cluster of modest quarters with basic residential character. Flats here are small with tight rooms and low ceilings. Move-out cleaning needs extra care not to damage surfaces that sit very close to walls and ceilings.
Flats here are very small and space is extremely limited. Cupboards sit nearly at ceiling height, the kitchen is tiny and the bathroom is scarcely larger than a closet. Dust and crumbs settle on every surface easily because the limited space prevents good airflow. For the method itself, see our move-in and move-out cleaning service in detail.
Flats are very small with low ceilings. Cupboards are nearly flush with the ceiling, and kitchen and bathroom barely fit one person at a time. Cleaning needs one or two people working carefully to avoid hitting ceilings and pipework.
Small cramped flats trap odours and moisture. Ventilation is poor because windows are few and openings small. Cleaning includes opening every window and door so the flat dries completely.
Older flats may have rusty metal pipes or damp in corners. Bathrooms and kitchens may leak from concealed pipework. Cleaning inspects corners and cracks carefully for signs of water damage.
A small district within the Taibah sub-municipality area of east Jeddah, close to the University of Jeddah road and Asfan Road, with modest neighbourhoods clustered together and flats densely packed.
Cupboards are very small and ceilings hang low above them. We open them carefully and wipe inside and out without forcing anything upward.
The kitchen is tiny and the cooker may be very old. We inspect around it and the tap and floor carefully and do not attempt to move a heavy cooker.
The bathroom is cramped and the drain is old and may be rusty. We wipe surfaces gently with mild cleaners, and attempt rust removal without harsh scrubbing.
The floor may be cement or old tile and may look dark. We sweep first then wash gently with warm water several times.
Windows are few and tracks are small. We open tracks and wipe glass and metal frames taking care to address any rust.
Doors, switches and light fittings may be old. We wipe them gently inside and out, and treat rusty switches with care.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A small flat mixed with a shop or office below means moisture and odours may rise from underneath. Cleaning removes what is there now, but a small home needs sustained ventilation and regular checks so dampness and odours do not quickly return.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
Flats in Al Budur are scattered near University of Jeddah Road and Asfan Road, in the small clustered quarters of east Jeddah. Work begins by reaching the flat through Wadi Al Ghawla or the local connecting streets.
We provide these in Al Budur too, and more than one can share a single visit.
