We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Shaana is a small residential district in east Jeddah near the hills and ring roads, far from the sea and coastal humidity. The air is dry but the dust is coarser and paler in colour, and active building in neighbouring quarters brings more dust into the area. Mattresses collect coarse desert dust and fine grit that is hard to clean from the deeper fibres, and the pace of drying is fast so the mattress needs to be ready to dry quickly after we finish.
Dust in Shaana is coarser and paler than beach dust, enters under doors easily and settles on mattresses overnight. For the method itself, see our mattress cleaning service in detail.
Shaana lies close to the hills and open ground beyond the ring roads, so the dry air carries coarse dust and fine grit that differs from coastal dust. This dust enters easily under doors and windows and works deep into the mattress fibres. Ordinary vacuuming does not remove it completely, and the dust is harder and grittier than seaside dust.
The surrounding quarters have active construction work, and workers, trucks and excavation throw dust into the air. This building dust enters Shaana flats too and settles on mattresses. Construction dust is coarser and harder to remove than wind-blown dust from open ground.
Shaana is surrounded by vacant plots and unmade roads, so the wind carries dust from every direction with no barriers to slow it. Mattresses here collect more dust than in districts surrounded by dense building that slows air movement.
A small residential district in the Taibah sub-municipality area of east Jeddah, near Wadi Al Ghawla and far from the coast, with simple residential character and open land around the quarters.
Mattresses in Shaana need careful examination to measure deep desert dust and fine grit before we decide on the cleaning method.
Deep vacuum targets coarse dust and grit deep in the layers where it clings hard and ordinary cleaning misses it.
Stains here often come from ground moisture and dust mixed with fine grit and traces of construction dust.
Cleaning covers both sides, edges and the full surface very carefully because coarse dust enters from every direction.
Wet extraction removes dirty water and fine dust very efficiently, and fast drying in dry air follows quickly.
Sanitising and good airing are essential to remove what remains of dust and grit and to maintain dryness.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Wadi Al Ghawla marks one boundary of the district, and the Asfan Road passes near the neighbouring quarters, making it straightforward for the team and equipment to reach flats in Shaana.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Shaana too, and more than one can share a single visit.
