We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Thaalibah is an old unplanned quarter in south west Jeddah between Al Hindawiyah and Al Quraiyat, situated between the port, heavy goods routes and the sea. Mattresses here trap diesel soot from trucks, mould from coastal humidity, salt from the sea air and oils from workshops, all at once in the same mattress.
Mattresses in Al Thaalibah contain pollutants from four sources simultaneously: diesel soot from trucks, salt from the sea, mould from humidity, and oils from workshops and small industries. This four-part contamination is unique. For the method itself, see our mattress cleaning service in detail.
Al Thaalibah is close to the port and heavy goods routes. Diesel soot is extremely heavy and penetrates deeply into the mattress. This soot leaves permanent black stains and stubborn heavy odours that airing cannot remove.
The district is near the sea and humidity is extremely high. Salt and moisture mix with the soot and create an extremely heavy sticky coating on the foam that is very hard to remove.
Building here is dense and unplanned, services are patchy, and bathrooms are often shared with very high moisture levels. Severe humidity causes rapid mould growth and stubborn odours.
Al Thaalibah is an old unplanned quarter in south west Jeddah within the city's slum clearance programme, bounded by Al Falah Road and King Khalid Road. Building is crowded, services are patchy, and the district sits close to the port, industrial areas and the seafront.
Mattresses here are very old, with weak foam and worn outer covers that may be patched multiple times.
Deep dry vacuum extraction must be forceful but careful on very fragile mattresses.
Stains originate from four sources: soot, salt, mould and oils. Each requires different specialist chemistry and different treatment time.
Deep cleaning is extremely careful on aged fragile mattresses, because excessive moisture can damage severely weakened foam.
Wet extraction removes water, salt, soot, oils and mould bacteria together in one intensive pass.
Sanitising, airing and humidity control take much longer: direct sun, air conditioning and open windows together for a full day or more.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Apartment district: residential blocks, repeated floors and shared entrances
Mixed housing in a dense old unplanned area means pollutants from all directions. In Al Thaalibah, four pollution sources converge: industrial soot, port activity, sea salt and shared bathroom moisture. Cleaning must address soot, salt, mould and oils together.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Thaalibah is organised around Al Thaalibah Park and Al Thaalibah Mosque, both local landmarks. The district is bounded by Al Falah Road and King Khalid Road on one side, and Jeddah Islamic Port on the other. From these known points residents are easily reached.
We provide these in Al Thaalibah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
